200 pounds more than last years premium ,still the cheapest choice

Hi, We appreciate your review. Thanks for the feedback. As the insurance broker, we are unable to confirm the way in which a renewal quote is calculated by the insurer. However, I am able to confirm that at the time of generating a renewal quote, a number of factors are taken into account by the insurer which will determine the best price available, this would include, but may not be limited to, driving history, age, vehicle type and area. Should an individual or combination of these factors be deemed a higher risk by the insurer at the time of providing the renewal quote, this will have an impact on the renewal premium that is offered. It can also result in the insurer being unable to offer a renewal quote. The renewal quote calculated is based on the insurer rates applicable at the time of the renewal being obtained and are therefore variable on a regular basis. Many Thanks, Sarah

Am on a journey with iGO4 and initially everything seem good but I am not able to see how things will be soon or in future.

Seems when you reach retirement we are penalised for our age even although you've driven round the world and more without claims!! But this seems to be all insurance companies policy!! But I found Igo4 still worked out the cheapest!!

The quality of the conversation was extremely poor. I could barely hear what the was saying throughout the whole nearly 1 hour call. At one stage the call cut off and was frustrating to have to go through the whole process a second time. The operatives was very knowledge and helpful.

As a broker we administer insurance policies on behalf of a panel of underwriters. we utilise Close Brothers Premium Finance as our funding provider, to manage our customer's credit agreements. This is confirmed when you set up the policy and Close Brother's Premium Finance terms and conditions are detailed on our website when you set up the policy. I went for the quote and disapointed to learn that I was charged £60.00 in additon to the orignal price. Also the insurance only allows me to cover one vehicle only.

The deal value was in the top 3 and I chose iGO4 as I had been a customer in the past. I had an issue with payment as I kept getting a technical issue error and after waiting 18 minutes in the customer service queue, I was told to clear cache and restart the browser. I was also unable to add my new policy to my email as it was used before. I'm still waiting for an email reply from customer service on how to proceed.

Very difficult to understand representative accent put me on hold 15 mins cut off , no return call , took total of 30 mins to cancel my policy still no idea how much refund said e mail would be sent to me

First caller was rude. She had her TV on loud and when I told her politely to lower the volume of her TV, since I can’t hear her she put the phone down. She did not even give her name when I requested fort thing. 2nd caller by the name of Theo was really friendly and very professional.

Was very pleased with quote paid in full but a few weeks later had to pay a further, £450 in full due to a loophole with previous insurance No Claim Bonus because my husband was on what you call a pool insurance meant his 5 year NCB didn't count even though he had a car to get to and from work and socail use when he worked there which was proof he had a proof of NCB feel like we got a bit ripped off but this happened 2nd week of lock down didn't have the will to fight it and ask for a reduction. Not to worry when covid is over will look to another insurer when it's time for renewal.
