Hi, thank you for taking you time to leave your feedback. We state in our terms and conditions that we will verify the information you have provided and your driving history. Any previous claims are logged on the Claims Underwriting Exchange by the insurer who handled the claim. If the information you have provided does not match the database we will amend the policy details accordingly. We can see you have now cancelled your policy and a full refund will be returned to the card on you used to pay for the policy within 3-5 working days We do appreciate your review and will use this to improve the service we provide. After someone crashed into me, I rang igo4 and was passed around, no one actually wanted to help me. Not down to them apparently! No communication at all unless I chase everything up. Will never use again. Really a big let down. Would have been a lot less stressful had they have helped me. DISAPPOINTED

Hi, we're sorry to hear this. iGO4 are a broker, we administer policies on behalf of a panel of underwriters. The underwriters handle any claims made during the policy term and should keep our customer's updated with the status of the claim. We would like to investigate this matter further for you. After paying for a new policy my premium was amended and increased by 20% on the first day. Check the small print!!!!

I have been treated absolutely awfully. You cancelled my car insurance all because you did not receive the back of my driving licence, which you never stipulated. I sent you the docs I.e. no Claims and driving licence but you then bombarded me saying you had not received the docs when you had. You should have made the driving licence stuff obvious from the outset. Your inhumanity shocks me greatly. When I tried to explain the confusion, the lovely assistant told me that the company would be unwilling to reinstate. Appalling customer care and now you are judging me a fee for cancelling. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The type of impersonal company that wants to cut out a

A right bunch of money grabbing shysters. Due to the inability to grasp the fact that they should not be charging additional admin fees to change a policy which was not yet in force and providing extreme difficulty in speaking to their customer service department I decided to cancel my intended policy. With no warning they intend to charge me admin fees of £85. They are a disgrace and should not be trusted. A total disgrace to the insurance world of which I was once part. I advise anyone out there to avoid this shady company.

Two payments taken, I’ve called customer service and quite rude and abrupt with me, advising only one payment has been taken but it’s clear on my bank statement and I cannot speak with finance until Monday. Really disappointing customer service

You don’t make it clear we are entering into a credit agreement rather then just paying u for car insurance - good job I checked the contract, I have cancelled my policy and got a refund

Hi Nat We are sorry to hear you are unhappy. We use a third party finance provider called Close Brothers Premium Finance. As we and Close Brothers Premium Finance are both regulated bodies, we have an obligation to inform you about the use of a third party finance provider before you take out insurance with us. You are also asked to provide you consent, if you are happy with this arrangement, before accepting the quote. They can not even supply with a telephone number or email address, they have renew my insurance add extra £623.00 and they send a letter but is no contact information to cancel policy with them next is my deposit been lost i have been last 3 day try to contact them

Was told money wasn't taken so found insurance elsewhere then have money taken from bank account now its cost me to cancel insurance

Hi, Sorry to hear that you feel this way, this situation can happen depending on what date that your have selected for your direct debits. If it is the case that you have selected a date that comes up in the next few weeks then that will be the date it comes out. You still have the same amount of payments on the policy so this will benefit you towards the end of your year with us. Regards, Dylan

customer service is shocking- 3 phone calls to confirm direct debit details and i was still getting cancellation threatening letters, when i got the confirmation of direct debit they had put the named driver as bank account holder and not me! Will defo not use again- stay clear!!!!!!!!

Waited on the phone to be told to do it online. Couldn’t add an extra car online so had to ring back up (wait again). Then got told to take a second policy for same price ! So 2 policies for 2 cars £100. Not a good deal but have to be insured.

Be wary if you ever need to cancel your policy with them...their charges are EXTORTIONATE. I for one will never use their services again. Absolute rip off!! You have been warned!!

Company making up any reason to cancell policy constantly after taking initial payment. No explanation for the reason. Customer service is located in Africa and have no access to any information, emails, decisions etc. Constant problems asking for more and more personal documents invading personal space threatening to cancell policy otherwise. Customer service extremely rude.

Be aware, that if their website doesn't work, you will be debited for every attempt you make to buy car insurance, then wait forever to get your money back. Following 2 failed attempts, we booked immediately with Hastings Insurance and received documents within seconds. IGO4 then proceeded to email our documents several days after, when we already had a policy in place, which everyone knows you cannot insure your vehicle twice!! They also ignored our request for their SLA's, complaints procedure and acknowlegement of several formal complaints we made. Finally 6/7 weeks later, they acknowledged our most recent complaint and informed us it will take a further 8 weeks to resolve, although we had emailed evidence we had insurance cover with Hastings. Still fighting for our money back since 02 AUGUST 2020 ...... it's now 26 SEPT! If you're on a tight budget, don't risk losing your hard earned cash with this company.
