Don’t be tempted by slightly cheaper prices, you will end up paying much more with exorbitant admin fees and cancellation charges. Staff are unhelpful and poor at communicating, just get constant repetitive template emails regurgitated without addressing any issues. Look at Google Reviews for a better representation of customer experiences.

Underwriter for iGo4, Inspire, are a disgrace. Car was stolen 5 months ago but recovered by council and impounded after 4 weeks. My car is still sat in impound after Inspire failed to recover it and is now being destroyed by council for collection failure. Inspire took my keys and all documents before car was recovered by police. I have no contact from Igo4 or Inspire and they have ignored my repeated requests to recover my vehicle. All complaints have been ignored so it is now proceeding with Ombudsman. This claim should have been settled months ago as a straightforward claim. No reason given for continued delay. DO NOT USE Igo4!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience...!!! I needed to make a home insurance claim after finding my garage broken into. Their automated call handling is a joke or intentionally designed to make it difficult. I spoke to over 10 people over the course of nearly 2 hours before being told I would receive a call back as the only person that could help me was on their lunch, I asked for a contact number in case they didn't call back and the number they provided (and repeated back to the call handler) isn't even their company..!!! Their websites provides the phone number of 0333 241 9566 to make a home insurance claim, this has put me through to lots of IGO4 representatives who in turn couldn't help me and gave me other number to call... in fact all the numbers below were given to me by them over the 2 hours. 0333 240 5790 0800 008 6709 0344 800 1930 01733 308 235 0344 800 3612 01733 308 320 0333 241 9655 NONE of the numbers put me through to anyone that could take my details and log a home insurance claim. I have still not been able to log a home insurance claim and have an unsecure garage with the stuff that the last lot of scum bags didn't steal. Do NOT take a policy with IGO4.

Unfortunately I will never insure any of my vehicles with iGO4 again... After relatively quickly getting through to someone, (which is why i've left a star) with a 'couldn't care less' approach i explained i need to cancel my policy, after repeating my details 5-6 times, then having to repeat it all again 'in order' because she was just following the script. I was expecting a small cancellation fee as is usually the case, only to be told if i want to cancel they'll mug me of £75! In 20 odd years of driving i've never known a cancellation fee so high! (Usually £30-35 i've paid in the past if i've sold a car half way through a policy).. And on occasions I've not had to pay a fee at all. So for now i'll remain their customer, but never ever again..

Not impressed to be told that iGO4 would not be renewing our insurance - 7 hours before it expired on a Saturday night! Fortunately it was for home contents, not a car!

So far so good in being able to order my car insurance cover. Would have given 5 stars but didn't due to the fact you have to accept auto renewal initially but apparently you can opt out later. Why not have the option to start with.

Quick and easy to do but after that it’s down hill, I have tried to get advice about the online portal but the customer service is none Existent as no body replies to messages, either email or message.

Terrible company! DO NOT USE Took out Car Insurance with them for the year , then after the year was up went elsewhere for insurance for half the price. 2 weeks later, they sent me an email to say I owed a cancellation fee!!! I only took a yearly policy and told them on email I was leaving beforehand. The demanded to know who I was insured with and wanted proof. I sent a screen shot of my new policy but it wasn’t enough. They wanted the pdf certificate. They never said this on email just deceived to charge me without any notice. The customer service is terrible and there is no manager to speak to when requested. Instead they advise of 24hr call back. I work for a water company that has 8million customers but yet customers still get a call back within 90mins!! Shocking to say the least. Please stay well clear of them

With regards to the renewal, we advise in the renewal invitation we issue up to 21 days before the renewal, that the policy will automatically renew unless we are told otherwise. This is to ensure our customer's are not driving without insurance which is a criminal offence. Very poor service at start. Won't post documents - diy from website only. Documents not very clear to say the least. no claims bonus seems worse than other policies I've had. Courtesy car not mentioned despite agreeing to it at the point of sale. Questions by email completely ignored. Only signed up yesterday; if things don't improve very quickly I'll be cancelling and I won't accept a charge if that becomes necessary.

iGO4 rips off its customers any chance they get. My policy was paid in full and I sold the car 2 weeks before my policy lapses. I called iGO4 to cancel my insurance and they charged me £65. This is completely unreasonable and they kept saying it's the policy. No flexibility whatsoever even though I had zero claims and paid my policy in full. This is bad profit, I won't be returning, and will inform my friends and family to avoid iGO4.

Are car was stolen and wrote off in a crash in November and we still heard nothing from inspire insurance . Will never use again .

Trying to get proof of my no claims after my policy has ended. I have been on the phone for a few weeks now trying to chase my no claims without this proof my insurance will increase to £30 a month i am currently still trying to chase unable to sort. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE UTTER RIP OFF MERCHANTS Cancelled my policy. The charge was £187.84. I had the policy 1 month and 3 days he is the break down of the costs. Cost of Insurance Cover: £23.62 Optional Extras: £74.89 Cancellation Fee: £65.00 All Other Fees: £60.00 IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE BE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF
