“I found Homeprotect online when I needed an urgent survey and they delivered! Within 2 days the survey was completed and a few days later I received an in-depth report. Customer services were very accommodating when I telephoned. Overall very happy with the service and would recommend.”

“Found Homeprotect via Compare the Market. Competitively priced, clear info about what is & isn't covered. Our home insurance is not straightforward but staff were helpful on phone when discussing our situation. We are new customers & not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that aspect.”

“Completing Insurance applications is never straightforward. I managed to complete the application at the first attempt! I think some more clarity on outbuildings would help e.g. do you treat a garden room with electricity and wi-fi the same as a garden shed? Reasonably well explained what the cover includes and a competitive price.”

“My experience with Homeprotect was pretty good overall. The website was easy to use and the quote came in lower than some competitors. Customer service was responsive when I called. The one downside: there are some small print exclusions that took a bit of effort to understand. Would use again.”
