“The policy was easy to set up. Price was reasonable. Can't speak for the service fully as I haven't yet used the claims procedure.”

“All in all my renewal was really easy, only issue I had was changing bank details the first payment didn’t go through however I’m hopeful all future payments go through smoothly.”

“Great customer service. I phoned on two occasions to ask lots of questions, very patient with me and explained everything. The fact I could phone made all the difference to me taking out my new policy. I only gave 4 stars as I'm a new customer so don't know what service would be like if I need help.”

“I’m happy with Homeprotect. Getting a quote and signing up for insurance was straightforward and hassle-free. The only thing I would flag is that I don’t recall receiving an email or letter notifying me about the upcoming auto-renewal of my policy. Otherwise, a smooth experience overall.”
