“Great customer service. I phoned on two occasions to ask lots of questions, very patient with me and explained everything. The fact I could phone made all the difference to me taking out my new policy. I only gave 4 stars as I'm a new customer so don't know what service would be like if I need help.”

“I’m very happy with my HomeProtect Buildings and Contents Insurance. They give a good service, remind you a few weeks before renewal and don’t pressurise you. The policy covers the things you want covered. My Insurance this year was cheaper than last year. So even more happier!”

“I’m happy with Homeprotect. Getting a quote and signing up for insurance was straightforward and hassle-free. The only thing I would flag is that I don’t recall receiving an email or letter notifying me about the upcoming auto-renewal of my policy. Otherwise, a smooth experience overall.”

“Very easy to renew; we have never made a claim so we can’t comment on how easy that might be. However, we were a bit shocked at the premium increase and restrictions whilst covering our extension building works. It increased the annual payment by around 33%.”
