“Always offer a very competitive quote, for insuring a very old property they were by far the cheapest for like for like cover. They have never increased my premium for renewal by some crazy amount as other insurers seem to do who then subsequently knock the price down when you complain. Staff handling calls are knowledgeable and very helpful, deal with questions well and always do what they promise.”
