“Competively priced and gave the cover I wanted but you don't know what a company is like till you have a problem. It's most likely I will never find out as like most people it is very unlikely I will have to make a claim.”

“Very happy with the level of customer service over the telephone. Just one criticism, the optional Lost Keys cover is only for one set of keys. I think this should be made clearer as it wasn't immediately obvious. As a couple with children we are a household with multiple sets of keys and I obviously expected all of our keys to be covered.”
