I originally was with the AA and was very disappointed with their renewal quote which was a lot more money than the previous year and I have made no claims. I am disillusioned with insurance companies as it appears you get a bargain initially and then the second year it always goes up, anyway I decided it was time to move on! I went onto Go Compare Site and that is where I saw your quote you were not the cheapest one but I thought you were good value for money and your policy gave me what I wanted for a good price which I could afford. I was a bit unsure as I have not heard of you before and neither had my colleagues but because I had heard of AXA and know they are a good company I decided to take out insurance with you. I completed everything on line but am old fashioned I'm afraid and like to check things verbally talking to someone so rang up. A young man answered immediately and was extremely helpful and patient considering how much he had to go over with me and I need to know all the details. After discussing things with him on the phone I also took out key protection and insured my mobile phone. After completing everything I felt confident and satisfied with my choice. I received my documents emailed from you immediately which were all correct and my key protection documentation shortly afterwards so am quite happy! Bought online, policy documents delivered in minutes, no issues and a good price for home insurance policy. The acid test of insurance only comes if you need to claim, which hopefully never arises so can't comment on what the claims experience is like.

Unusual insurance circumstances prompted me to speak directly with the company, following on-line research. The representative was charming and very helpful. She spoke with the Underwriters who were as equally helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I'm very impressed and will contact the company again when further insurance cover is required. A+

I set the policy payment up for direct debit payments and assumed that I'd provided all of the necessary information when I opened the policy, but have had numerous communications from Premium Credit about the DD which has been a real pain. I've never taken out a policy where the payments are handled by a third party and been contacted persistently by the credit company when I've already provided account details for payments. In the middle of moving house having these emails and messages when I understood everything was arranged for the policy has been very onerous. It has been a negative experience when opening a policy is usually far more straightforward than this.
