“I got to say there was a bit of a mix up at first as I got mixed up on motorbike insurance and paid deposit but they happily repaid me the money and took out another insurance cover with them. It was just that on line there was some mistakes but I'm happy with them as I not had motorbike for over 15 years but gave me very competitive cover!!”

“I recently crashed my car and was insured with Grove & Dean. I was a bit concerned as i'd never made a claim before but i was impressed how easy it was to notify the insurance company and get my car sorted. All the staff that i spoke to were helpful and the repair garage done a great job fixing the bumper. I reckon they had it fixed within two weeks which i was happy with.”

“As far as value for money goes, this company seem to offer value for money. All documents had to be downloaded so for anyone without access to a computer, this wouldn't be such a good option. Fortunately, haven't had to make a claim as yet so unable to comment about speed of dealing with claims and whether the service is good or not.”

“I will not use this insurer again because they increased my premium by £80 after I had decided to go ahead with the policy because of an accident for which I claimed no money. They would have charged £ 50 to not go ahead with the policy. Also, I received several telephone calls after I had taken out the policy, asking if I wanted to claim compensation for the accidents I had had. When I told this company that I was not in the car at the time of the accidents, the operator said that the insurance company had told them that I was in the car. My contact numbers must have been sold by my insurers to this other company, which I thought was illegal.”
