“Purchased car insurance (on line) through a comparison web site. Not the cheapest but a long way from the most expensive and by considering a number of quotes was able to choose Grove and Dean as the best value for me. Process was quick and Grove and Dean's own website was very easy to navigate. A useful aspect is you get your own insurance account which gives you access to all relevant documents covering your benefits, conditions etc., using wi-fi/mobile data from anywhere using a suitable device.”

“I thought the overall service very good. I was confused a bit at first, some of the things in the original package were being cancelled. When I spoke to a member of your staff, we went through it in detail and it was explained and sorted out. I got good honest advice from you on the ins and outs of changing the main driver or insuring only one of us. Very good. Our building and contents is due in June so we`ll get you to advise us on that. Chris McNamara”

“The process was fairly simple, not a great deal of information regarding Breakdown aspect of the policy, ie who provides that service and what is the process to contact the service if I breakdown. I would also like to have had a hard copy of all the relevant paperwork posted to me.”

“Excellent service, made a call to Grove & Dean breakdown regarding a flat battery on a L200 Got through straight away no issues there.. The breakdown guy turned up in 20 minutes and I was up and running in 30.. Very pleased 👍🏻”
