“Went to a local garden centre and saw the LG Monte Carlo, 6 piece outdoor dining set. Quickly did a Google search and Garden Street came up but the set was £300 cheaper and included free delivery also. I did have a query on delivery and I emailed GS and the issue was solved having sent in a few photos. Overall, we really love our garden table and chairs and the price was brilliant, I’d have no concerns ordering again from this company.”

“Great selection of products, easy to order and we were kept up to date with our delivery date. The delivery chap was very helpful and I have no idea how he moved, and got our furniture to the patio - a top job for late on a Friday evening. Thank you and we love our garden set”

“The corner sofa is stylish, comfortable and practical. The price was competitive but not quite as competitive as some who had sold out. The three parts of the sofa were pretty easy for one person to assemble but connecting them together definitely needed an extra person and was quite difficult and fiddly to achieve The boxes the sofa came in was super heavy and the delivery driver was very helpful in putting the boxes in a place where they could be unpacked.”

“Went by picture of item but totally different item came and apparently it was my fault. The manufacturer was very kind and sent me the correct item as a gesture of good will which I was very grateful for. This company couldn’t care less”

“Not a great experience. Was sent a damaged product which was due to be a special gift for my parents diamond wedding. No real apology or customer service, had to chase several times for a response and they finally said they would send me a replacement part which also took some chasing. Very disappointing”
