“Bought the Berryfield log cabin. Very easy process, quick delivery date. Cabin was delivered on correct day and I was informed on time. Be aware this product arrives in individual planks which was not clear when I ordered it. I arranged for some one else to assemble it and the finished cabin looks lovely and seems robust. Quite a lot of bits left over but it looks complete so I'm guessing they are spare in case you don't want windows. The only complaint would be that the dimensions are obviously the out side measurements at the longest piece so our base was too big and I worried the cabin was smaller than the 11 x 10 foot advertised. I'm pleased though, it looks great.”

“I was not around at time of delivery but the delivery man did keep in touch and discussed with me where he could leave the bulky delivery. The communication was positive and helpful. However, when I collected the parcel from my neighbour it was damaged in two places, large cracks in the wood. It was only because I felt I could make reasonable repairs and that I did not wish further delays that I have not complained and asked for a replacement.”

“Good product and a fair price. Some confusion over delivery as I contacted them to say that we were away on the date given only to find another date when we were away was given for delivery. In the end, we agreed delivery could take place in our absence. I assume there were some communications problems with the company delivering.”

“The delivery arrived but the seat was missing, had a saga one the phone and eventually the seat was delivered later the same day. One side of the swing bench was drilled correctly and easy to assemble , the other we had to re drill the holes to be able to get the washers in so frustrating & some off the holes did not line up and made it difficult to put nuts on the bolts. The Bench leaked a lot of sap over the summer months to the point where we could not sit on it , tried Knot seal but it did not work. it was a very hot summer but sure there should not of been sap along the whole length of some of the wooden seat planks if the wood had been dried properly. One side support also had a split in it. it offers a 10 years guarantee sounds great but this is only against ROT. it could be a good product as quite sturdy our experience makes it hard to recommend to anyone.”
