“This was the second time we used Garden Street - we got some fence treatment paint and it was at a very reasonable price - price is reduced when buying in larger quantities. The Colour was just the what I wanted for our fence - it looks like new after treatment. This was a quality product compared to Cuprinol We will be back”

“We got a good deal on the Vitavia Greenhouse from this company but do feel they need to review their customer service procedures. There was a delay in delivery, nothing to do with Garden Street but it was up to us to keep phoning and checking on the status. At no time did anyone contact us to make sure the product had a arrived. It is a large purchase, not insignifcant amount of money and we expected more.”

“I am really pleased with the log store I bought but not so much with its delivery- despite calling to rearrange the date of its delivery having been given less than 24 hours notice of what it would be , talking to a very nice man on the phone, explaining I wouldn’t be in and changing the delivery date with him it was still delivered the following day, left at the back of my house and got wet as it rained that day and the packaging allowed some of the rain in.”

“Ordered a shed from Garden Street which arrived very promptly. Although there was some minor problems with missing screws and bent parts as soon as we contacted Garden Street then contacted the manufacturer and replacement parts were received within 48 hours.”
