“I bought some wooden furniture and was very surprised by the excellent quality. The product is solid and the wood is really lovely quality. Very pleased with my purchase and the delivery service was good. Would definitely consider buying from Garden Street again. Thank you!”

“Ordered a garden gate on the 28th September and it didn’t arrive within the 14 day. On the 16th day I called and asked about the item to be informed it was out of stock until the 22nd October. It would have been nice to have been informed without me having to chase. I didn’t however get good customer service when I contacted them and it did arrive on the 22nd October and the gate looks good.”

“I recently brought the Rowlinson Bunbury Sofa Set, it arrived in 5 days, however the leg of the sofa had been sheared off, I don't know how as it was very well wrapped on all corners ? Obviously I was disappointed and apart from that its a Lovely set @ a great price -£200 less than other competitors. I immediately rang the company Fri and Tom took my call he was very apologetic and said if i sent photos he would get in touch with the manufacturer. On Monday I rang to see how he had got on and a lady answered (sorry i didn't get your name) said that Tom had been in touch with Rowlinson and they would get me a replacement sent out this week. I was delighted when on Tuesday the doorbell rang and it was my replacement sofa! Congratulations to Garden Street for your amazing customer service and also to Rowlinson for getting my replacement sent so speedily. It is indeed a rare thing to get this kind of customer service these days. I hope to use you again & will recommend you to my friends. Thank You Frances”
