“Happy regarding the service provided by Garden Street reerring to the initial order and delivery updates. However, the Rowlinson 6 foot panels supplied were quite flimsy and one panel was damaged. The pre-painted panels were not adequately covered with a patchy appearance. Therefore I dodnt think the product was worth the price . Overall an average acceptable experience”

“Won’t shop here again. Ordered a bench on 12 March - now 17 April and still not arrived, no update, not possible to reach anyone on the phone, no reply to online enquiry. Just terrible and concerned about the money I’ve spent and wether I’ll ever receive my goods! Worst shopping experience in a long time - recommend you shop elsewhere!”

“Damaged item on delivery after phone calls and emails false promises still no satisfactory outcome to rectify Bought item from you but you waiting on manufacturers response? Your problem own it you had the money Will not use again and will pass on my experience of your company to other people”

“Bought a goof quality sun lounger from Garden Street. It arrived promptly and was in un-damaged condition. The outer packaging was rather modest and crushed in one corner but it had come directly from one of their suppliers. I let Garden Street know and they were appreciative of being told. Their system of going on a waiting list for stock returning to availability worked well. Overall, I have a good impression of them.”

“Product arrived on time by a lovely helpful friendly delivery driver who drive the truck as close as possible to my allotment plot (I bought a shed for my plot) and put it on the plot. Shed was reasonably easy to assemble (instructions a little confusing) but is now up and painted and I couldn’t be more pleased.”

“Shed delivered on time. All bits there and went up very easily. Looks great - all twinkly lights on it, shelves added inside. Beer mat decorations ! 😀”

“Ordered product that was in stock with 3-7 days delivery. Chased product after 7 days, informed it was with delivery company and would get back to us. No feedback, chased again following week with a similar response. Informed that if we didn't get a delivery date within 24 hrs would cancel order. Order cancelled the following day.”

“Norfolk Leisure XXL Deck Box looked ideal and the expected "in Stock" date was acceptable, so ordered and paid. The box arrived in stock Garden Street dispatched it to Crewe via DX delivery and tracking for onward delivery to Norwich. It never arrived.. Several phone calls and many days later, I had to cancel and request a refund (The next available expected stock was weeks away)...so a bit disappointing really and perhaps out of Garden Street control.. however as a customer, what else can I say?.., bought the same box elsewhere and the item is very good and arrived on time.”

“Dreadful company to buy from. Purchased garden swing advertised as in stock for delivery. Waited over 6 weeks with no communication from the company to inform me what was happening unless I phoned them which I did numerous times. Took 3 people to "investigate".Finally they emailed to say the swing was lost and they had no stock so cancelled the order. Poor customer service.”
