“Good Product and very fair price. The only small criticism would be that the address label was hand written and not very clear, the parcel first went to a NR postcode (Norwich) instead of a NP postcode (Newport) hence it took a little longer to get here. Otherwise 5 stars.”

“I ordered two identical items in dilver but when they were delivered one of them was green. I understand that this is being dealt with but have yet to receive confirmation that the correct item is being sent out. It is irritating that something so simple can go wrong leading to a waste of people's time all round!”

“We found the garden furniture that we wanted at the best price. Delivery was personalised by a phone call from RR Transport to check when we would be able to receive it and it duly arrived on time for us to enjoy a weekend with the family.”

“Brilliant service. One of the products was out of stock but Garden Street arranged for it to be dispatched direct from the manufacturer. Both items arrived within a couple of days. Very happy”

“Delivery was very slow and received items out with the estimated delivery time period. Order placed on 1st may - items listed online as being in stock and with 4-8 day delivery- and items not received until 15th may. Phoned twice to enquire but this didn’t expedite things. Delivery note indicated ‘overnight delivery’ so no idea why there was such a hold up. Have received items bought online from USA and China quicker.”

“They delivered my planter (eventually) and were nice on the phone when I called to chase the very late planter. However, the delivery was just left outside my communal front door (luckily it did not get stolen).”

“The coop was delivered within the two week time and I had a courtesy message from the delivery people to advise me of progress. The delivery man was so helpful and my grandson helped him carry the coop pieces onto my drive. We haven't built it yet! However it is as large as stated and looks very sturdy - no flimsy pieces like some of the other coops I have had. The wood has been treated but I will probably re-treat with a calming colour for the hens -not me. I have six large hens and there will be ample room for them - good strong perches and three nest boxes are provided. I am totally delighted and will buy another as soon as I can afford it. Really good value for money ..”
