“Delivery prompt and courteous. Very nice quality bench but did have a few minor niggles. On insertion of the shelves noticed the corners are pre-cut to fit against the corner posts. However, there is no slot cut for the two other vertical posts. Not a major issue if you have a good DIY husband like mine! Also the zinc shelf is raised at back to stop water/debris penetration but the sides have no such lip and fit flush to the sides. Rated accordingly purely due to these reasons.”

“No communication with regards to my order (garden shed) after four calls to the shop and waiting 12 working days I again rang to see when I would get a delivery as the 7-14 days delivery time was up in two days time, I was eventually told they could not say when the shed would be delivered. Although Staff were apologetic my gut feeling was they did not care. All it would have taken was a call to keep us aware of what was going on. Item was ordered on 26th April and it took until 15th may for us to know we wouldn't be getting the shed. Would not recommend nor would I order with this firm again.”

“Canopy arrived on time,now fitted and pleased with the end product.Only problem is you need a run of cle ar silicone along back edge to fill the small gap.”

“Sales and support very good. Happy with product (needed quite a few pairs of hands to assemble) - it looks amazing. Only gripe would be lack of flexibility with delivery, which then required half a days annual leave (so although delivery was "free", it cost us a half days pay). I would absolutely recommend buying one of these, I am really pleased with it.”

“Excellent prices and free delivery but let down by a poor IT system. I tried to find out where my delivery was up to. To do this I had to log on but the web site would not accept my details even though I knew they were correct. I then clicked on 'forgot your password?' hoping to get in this way and entered my email address. Nothing happened. I waited for an email. Nothing. Did this several times, each time having to input the annoying Capcha letters and numbers. Still nothing. By going back pages and trying diffetent things I eventually got a 'email not recognised as belonging to an account' or some such message. Ridiculous, as they had taken my order and sent a confirmation. At this point I gave up. Fortunately the delivery arrived next day. Needs a bit of work on it does that website! A bit frustrating but overall a good service.”
