“Been looking for a water feature for nigh on 3 years. Found this at a local garden centre and checked Garden Street for competitive price. Whole process very easy. Fountain arrived as advertised, well packed and in perfect condition.”

“Found Garden Street online whilst looking for a particular set of drive gates. Garden Street had the gates I wanted and not only were they cheaper to purchase from Garden Street they also delivered them free of charge which no other supplier did. The gates arrived within a few days and I am so pleased with them. Thank you very much. I have recommended you to other people as I thought you service and of course your prices are brilliant.”

“The shed was reasonably good quality however there aren’t enough fixings with the pack. I had to go to b&q for another window latch too as it only came with two”

“Garden Street made making my order a very pleasant and smooth process. From the start I needed to confirm that they had the large amount of stock I needed, which they promptly checked and made arrangements for delivery very clear and precise, asking whether they would have access to the delivery location and whether there would be any lift equipment/manpower to take off the load, which went above and beyond what you expect normal deliveries to do. This meant we had our order delivered swiftly and in place. The customer care was excellent, I even got more information and help choosing the correct product before placing the order. Keep up the great service Garden Street.”

“Pleased with the item that we purchased and the speed in which it arrived, but unfortunately some parts were damaged which I managed to repair. This was the fault of the carrier that you used, maybe the packaging could have been more substantial.”

“the service that you provide is excellent. delivery was on time and the rose arbour i had ordered was exceptional quality. my son put it together and we were both very pleased with the outcome. it was much more than we had expected. i would recommend your products to all my friends. thank you very much the arbour has made an excellent addition to my garden.”

“Very good phone manner when I called to make amendment to my booking to add the delivery fee the chap knew who I was and made me feel like I had been dealing with him all along . ( I was a bit disappointed by the large £24 Delivery Fee that was put on me due to the fact my delivery was In Aberdeen which is hardly the end of the world )”

“Firebox Pizza oven arrived within quoted times and in good order. The oven on the gas BBQ is brilliant for home made pizzas or maximising your shop bought ones. Now i am experimenting with Nan breads”
