“Service was excellent. One of my items went missing in transit, it was dealt with very promptly. Really good communication. The cafe table and chairs is a delightful set, I bought the pale green, very pretty. The quality is very good, great value for money”

“Ordered a pair of gates with a 3-7 working day delivery (or be contacted with a delivery date within this time). Had to chase the delivery up 4 times after the 7 working days and kept being told ring back in a couple of days, I’m trying to run a business and this is know good to me. Finally with a bit of pressure I managed to get them 14 days later. Ordered on the 5th received them on the 29th. Won’t be using or recommending garden street again.”

“Excellent service from the seller , good quality item but about as much use as a chocolate teapot because the curtains although well made are not heavy enough and the slightest breeze renders them useless . Prices for these curtains vary hugely with Garden Street being the best price I could find . Wouldn't recommend the curtains to anyone though.”

“I am extremely disappointed with my shed. The purchase process was fine and the shed arrived when it was supposed to and the delivery driver was also fine. However, the shed was delivered without any Perspex for the windows then right in front of my eyes a piece of timber fell off one of the panels as it was moved. I annotated the delivery note to say the Perspex was missing and phoned customer services to report it who said they would have it shipped out immediately and over a week later I still have no Perspex. Then, when constructing the shed I found the following problems: 1. The floor of very poor quality as the supports all run in one direction with no noggins in between meaning no matter how good your base is the floor will always sag. Therefore there are numerous gaps between the walls and floor. 2. The roofing felt is also of poor quality, the top of 2 of the rolls was completely stuck together therefore when rolled out along the roof it ripped every time it was rolled. 3. One of the timbers used to attach the felt to the frame on the eave was very badly split therefore looks awful. 4. The felt nails are actually too short to be useful. 5. The hasp used to lock the door is extremely poor quality; it can easily be bent to get a screwdriver behind and remove. 6. The frame is constructed of very thin and very soft timber therefore even with pilot holes drilled the screws often split the timber. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing a shed here. Very poor quality shed and over a week later it is neither secure or weather tight.”
