“still waiting on my order was due 26th April then delayed then took several phone calls to even get an answer and every time i was told i'd be emailed about it and then nothing happened.”

“I should have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered garden furniture a month before this was needed for my partner’s birthday. It is not what we wanted but ordered as it will meet event date. After 2 weeks I called up to find out when items will be delivered and was told due to a technical glitch they will need to reorder and this can take up to 3 weeks. This will miss our event date. This is very poor customer service. Happy to refund if you can’t wait... very poor as it will be impossible to find something else on short notice. I asked for this to be escalated so let’s see if they make an effort with the distributor to help us”

“I can't review a product I've never received. No attempt to keep me updated, the due date comes and goes and then new dates come and go... Always down to me to chase up. Does nobody go through backorders and keep customers updated? Basic customer service lacking.”
