“Haven't got my garden seats yet and I'm sure they'll be lovely, but delivery is appalling. Not appeared within there stated time and then still not appeared after chasing, twice. So, they need a different delivery company! They themselves were helpful on the phone. I suspect it's out of their hands.”

“The main reason for ordering via Garden street was the promise of quick delivery. It has only become apparent, after me chasing, that the promised delivery time is totally untrue. Really frustrating and had I known I would have bought elsewhere.”

“We bought a large plastic shed including erection. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks. Inadequate communication with us during this period. Eventually we had a date/time for delivery and erection. They were 3 hours late and no phone call or apology. Erection was quick and efficient but it’s been placed crooked on the base and looks nasty. Plastic bag rubbish all over the garden.”

“Unfortunately I was very disappointed I had to return item because it was too heavy for where I wanted to put it and did not have an alternative place. The response to my email about returns was quick but I was surprised that although in the terms and conditions on the website it says Garden Street would arrange this I was told that they would not for this item. I think this needs to be made clearer. It cost me £16.62 to return the item which I have subsequently found at another retailer for £9 less with free returns.”

“I have just finished putting the Parlam Greenhouse together and am very happy with the sturdiness and design. It was straightforward to put together, although some written instructions to go along with the pictorial instructions would have helped someone like me. I would recommend Garden Street very hghly”

“Ordered garden furniture and was told delivery would be in 7-14 days. Two months later it has only just arrived. I wasn't given any updates until I contacted Garden Street directly, and then ended up calling them every week to see if it was back in stock yet, Garden Street staff were always courteous and helpful and the problem was clearly with the suppliers, but they could have been more proactive - and should have updated their delivery timescale on the website. When I asked whether I would receive any compensation for the delay they told me to contact them if I wanted to make a purchase in the future and they would see what they could do. Not a particularly great incentive to shop with Garden Street again!”
