“No complaints, but then my order was quite straightforward. I didn’t receive any communication about the delivery of my large item from the courier, when my order confirmation email said I would. Delivery was quite slow (which I expected as per the website statement) but when I didn’t receive the item for many days with no communication I started to worry and contacted customer service. They replied in reasonable time to say it had been dispatched, and sure enough my item arrived in a few days - however again courier did not contact me but just turned up so it was lucky I was home. I think this was more a problem with the courier than with garden street.”

“We had terrible experience with this company. 3 times sending wrong parts , wrong address. 2 weeks already can’t sort out a simple swing chair order. Unbelievable! Check out how we are swinging for the last 14 days.”
