“Ordered a garden gate on the 28th September and it didn’t arrive within the 14 day. On the 16th day I called and asked about the item to be informed it was out of stock until the 22nd October. It would have been nice to have been informed without me having to chase. I didn’t however get good customer service when I contacted them and it did arrive on the 22nd October and the gate looks good.”

“I recently brought the Rowlinson Bunbury Sofa Set, it arrived in 5 days, however the leg of the sofa had been sheared off, I don't know how as it was very well wrapped on all corners ? Obviously I was disappointed and apart from that its a Lovely set @ a great price -£200 less than other competitors. I immediately rang the company Fri and Tom took my call he was very apologetic and said if i sent photos he would get in touch with the manufacturer. On Monday I rang to see how he had got on and a lady answered (sorry i didn't get your name) said that Tom had been in touch with Rowlinson and they would get me a replacement sent out this week. I was delighted when on Tuesday the doorbell rang and it was my replacement sofa! Congratulations to Garden Street for your amazing customer service and also to Rowlinson for getting my replacement sent so speedily. It is indeed a rare thing to get this kind of customer service these days. I hope to use you again & will recommend you to my friends. Thank You Frances”

“Very good product great quality I would recommend garden street. Only down side was the delivery time although said it was in stock took some 3 weeks to get the item make improvements on this Or list the item as out of stock with a lead time. But overall good service.”

“I haven’t yet assembled the greenhouse yet the reason being I’m having a new base put Down. from the time I ordered it I must say I was kept up to date and the delivery man was very helpful and polite”

“Great Shed, looks good now finished. Delivery was smooth and helpful customer support line. Maybe slightly clearer instructions on the door would be helpful or video or pictures of actual doors and hinges used rather than generic ones.”
