“Ordered a parasol pergola online as it was the best price at the time of searching. We were well updated on delivery and the delivery man took the package into the back garden garage for us which was most useful. The pergola itself was a bit tricky to erect due to size and number of people needed. I think the packaging could have been better/stronger as a few bars that slot over other bars with a seal were so tight that a few bends on the bars had to be straightened out for it to fit. I think the square hollow tubes could have done with some plastic covers to protect them better and stop them going out of shape. The other negative is common with flat packs the some of the Allen key screw heads were soft when fixing it together. Overall for the price we seem to have a reasonably sturdy pergola which covers most of the patio and the parasol is easy to open, close and tuck up when not in use.”

“Easy to order. The only downside was not getting much information regarding delivery. Had to phone for information . Got a delivery date and time slot for two days later. Delivered in the time slot and put up in place in the garden, which we were not expecting. Excellent addition to the garden. Would recommend Garden Street.”

“Delivery was longer than expected - but arrived ok. Annoying to leave a pallet on the street and not closer to property/in garden but luckily I had the time to remove everything. Product itself was great :)”

“I was disappointed with the numerious instaructions that came with the product as the construction details can only be described as very poor,especially when you have been provided with surplus parts that belong to the Venus range - what do i do with them - throw them away!”

“The swing seat arrived well packed, but three of the screws on the trellis were broken and several rough patches had to be sanded down. It still needs to be assembled as I want to waterproof it first….it rains a lot in Cornwall!”
