“Quality of the goods is good but prefer to receive a call before delivery and the delivery guy just drop it outside my house and refer to help to move into the garden.”

“There were problems with warping of one of the seat pieces and with the table top - however both were resolved quickly by Garden Street with replacement parts being sent. It was difficult to see the issues until you tried to put the pieces together as this was my first time building something like this”

“The folding table and chairs were as described and have proved to be ideal for casual use outdoors and easy to store when not in use.”

“The arch was delivered promptly and was reasonably easy to install. We had to buy 4 metal posts to sink into the ground and then put the supports into the posts, otherwise there would not be enough headroom within the arch. We would have preferred if the main supports were 6 inches longer so that they could be sunk directly into the ground. This would save an additional £40 in costs and make it quicker and easier to install. However, we're pleased with the overall effect and quality.”

“Bought garden parasol. Very pleased with item, which was delivered promptly. The wrong cover had been sent, and it took a few calls to get the correct one delivered. They were supposed to send a return label so I could return the wrong one, but none sent - so cover is lying in my garage - bit of a waste really.”

“I have already reviewed the product I bought, so I am assuming this review is for the company that sold it to me i.e. Garden Street.co.uk. Not too sure what to say about them. Everything was positive as far as I can remember ( the order was back in early March, and it is now two months later). I would recommend their service and delivery, I haven;t purchased anything from them since so this review is based on one order which turned out fine.”

“Delighted with our garden furniture and delivered well within time advised on receipt. Only problem is communication, we were not advised when it was being delivered. As it was 2 full pallets we were lucky that we were at home when van arrived. Reading other reviews the communication seems to be letting the company down. Such a shame as furniture is excellent quality and competitively priced”

“Bought a 3 Bin Tidy Store from Garden St. They called to ensure delivery was on an appropriate day, then delivered as promised. The pack was quite daunting (A LOT of metalwork) but, ultimately, pretty straightforward and it looks to be a quality addition to the darden.”

“I bought a picnic bench for my Mum and part of the delivery was missing. I phoned them and I spoke to a very nice lady who immediately understood and arranged the replacement. These things can happen with any delivery and I am very happy with the way they dealt with my problem. The bench is lovely and I do recommend Garden Street:)”
