“I was disappointed with the numerious instaructions that came with the product as the construction details can only be described as very poor,especially when you have been provided with surplus parts that belong to the Venus range - what do i do with them - throw them away!”

“The swing seat arrived well packed, but three of the screws on the trellis were broken and several rough patches had to be sanded down. It still needs to be assembled as I want to waterproof it first….it rains a lot in Cornwall!”

“Quick delivery, looks good, kids love it If you don’t mind pre drilling everything’ and putting a thousand screws in, that’s what your getting. Other than that I’m happy .”

“I ordered a Noma wicker stag but unfortunately an acrylic stag arrived. I called customer service and they were very helpful and professional, they advised me that they would dispatch the correct product and have the wrong item collected. This all went according to plan. I am very happy with the product I ordered and the customer service I received to rectify promptly. Thanks”

“The on-line ordering was good & the bench was delivered on time - no problems at all. When the bench arrived a slat was broken, but his was replaced really quickly. Now the bench is assembled we are very pleased with our purchase. Thank you”

“I bought garden swing seat and cushions and knew that they were waiting for stock. The actual delivery was not as convenient as I would have hoped in that I did not know when it was going to be delivered. I was made aware that it was with TNT for delivery but not when. FedEx then delivered it on a day I was not in and they left a card with tracking information that did not work but a redelivery day that fortunately someone was at home. Putting it together was relatively straightforward but definitely needed 2 of us. It's lovely.”

“No complaints about garden street itself. Pleased with garden canopy. However, the delivery company for the canopy were appalling. My complaint with them is still I resolved.”

“My order was delivered within the time slot allocated. The driver was very polite and helpful and put everything in the garage. I haven't unpacked the table yet but I was very pleased with the quality of the chairs.”
