“the service that you provide is excellent. delivery was on time and the rose arbour i had ordered was exceptional quality. my son put it together and we were both very pleased with the outcome. it was much more than we had expected. i would recommend your products to all my friends. thank you very much the arbour has made an excellent addition to my garden.”

“Very good phone manner when I called to make amendment to my booking to add the delivery fee the chap knew who I was and made me feel like I had been dealing with him all along . ( I was a bit disappointed by the large £24 Delivery Fee that was put on me due to the fact my delivery was In Aberdeen which is hardly the end of the world )”

“Firebox Pizza oven arrived within quoted times and in good order. The oven on the gas BBQ is brilliant for home made pizzas or maximising your shop bought ones. Now i am experimenting with Nan breads”

“Extremely pleased. Bought La Hacienda Garden Canvas after seeing it elsewhere.It was much cheaper at Garden Street.Delivery was quick and it was well packaged.Easy to hang with clear instructions. It looks AMAZING not cheap or tacky . Thank you Garden Street I will be using you again.”

“Poor communication regarding delivery. Was text in morning with same day delivery. Needless to say no one was at home. Item dropped at side of house with no signature. Big package now sat in the middle of my house and I am chasing installation date - owness is put on individual to follow up not what you would expect given money has been taken from bank account”

“I am very disappointed with this patio planter. there was a chunk missing out of one of the sides and the end panel wouldn't fit, because the wooden battons were mis-aligned. The quality control of the standard of workmanship on this item must have been non-existent, or it would (one hopes) never have been sent out in this condition. I am now awaiting another end panel and very miffed. In mitigation, the Customer Services were quick to apologise, but this really isn't good enough for a so-called quality planter.”

“We ordered a bird table which was delivered in time as promised. As per other reviews the bird table was easy to erect and had all the right components needed. Would be more than happy to recommend Garden Street in future.”

“After being messed about by another Company, we cancelled the order, and ordered the Milan 4 seat dining set from you. The staff on the phone were very nice, it arrived when they said it would, and it was less expensive than the other Company. We gave the other Company a very bad review, which they deserved. Well done to Garden Street, we would use your Company again, and recommend you to friends, family and neighbours.”

“From choosing my items to checkout, everything was quick and easy. I placed my order on a bank holiday weekend and it was delivered on the Wednesday, excellent service. I haven't had time to build my item but it was well packaged and seems to be really good quality.”

“Delivery of my fence panel order was not within the time frame that I was expecting or that was printed on my invoice, which has had a negative impact on my project. Instead of receiving my order within 4-8 working days, it is scheduled to be delivered 14 working days after my order (which also included three weekends and a bank holiday)”
