“I ordered fencing and was advised that it would be delivered by Friday 15th June. I now find that I have been lied to as the fence post supplier hasn't even shipped them, having not been aware of the delivery requirement. I still don't have a delivery date for the fence panels! Would I use them again, definitely not! I would never recommend them either”

“Had called to check item (large and expensive) was in stock prior to order after having been let down from another supplier. Assured item was in stock only to be advised 4 days later item no longer available. The reason for 2 stars rather than 1 was the swift refund of the payment taken. Simple customer service here, if item is not in stock just say so and don’t delay the request longer than required.”

“Sirius Black Orangery Was a little worried when I ordered as delivery of greenhouse was described as 'kerbside only' but things turned out much better than I expected. Good communication from the delivery agent (Vitavia) and driver was extremely helpful and pleasant when he arrived as he unloaded everything very carefully for us and stacked the glass up safely. Have had so many problems with deliveries over the years I was amazed by the smooth efficiency of this one. Thanks for a very pleasant and easy transaction”

“Grange Fence Panels are of good quality and this was another purchase after buying some for another area two years ago. Arrived fairly quickly (about 11 working days), the delivery staff were very helpful and carried the panels to my garden.”
