“I ordered a garden table, shown as in stock but wasn't...offered a refund but we waited for restock. We are very pleased with the table, good quality, and once in stock delivered on a day which suited us.”

“We ordered some garden furniture and knew it was not ready for delivery at the time which was fine but we did have to email to find out lead times rather than someone contact us first.”

“Ordered greenhouse in March won’t be here for weeks yet also ratten garden furniture said may delivery I have asked them when I can expect delivery have heard nothing about greenhouse or furniture very unhappy customer £1000 altogether sent and nothing beginning to wonder if items will ever be delivered”

“Product as expected and slightly cheaper than most suppliers, but delivery was dreadfully slow even allowing for COVID-19 it took over two weeks for tin of paint. Cant say delivery was not on time as not time was quoted but did seem a bit excessive.”

“Received LCD Willow Tree in March box all taped up called to say that there is no power supply or screws to put together. Sent several emails & called and still waiting, was promised 10 days ago they would send it yet again nothing. Paid nearly £70 for a item I can't use DON'T USE THIS COMPANY”

“Excellent service! Choosing the plants in my collection delivered was enjoyable and informative and I appreciated very much the recommendations on plant / colour pairings. The plants arrived in boxes with eco filling and were beautifully packed. They are gorgeous - fabulous quality. Thank you!”

“Unable to review purchase as still waiting for item to arrive. Went past the estimated delivery timeframe and so I had to chase up and was told it could be up to another month. It would have been better customer service if someone had contacted me to let me know that the order was going to be delayed rather than me keep looking out for it when in fact it had never even been despatched. Hopefully will be able to provide good review of purchase - once it turns up!”

“Ordered four picnic benches, two arrived in good condition, one arrived damaged but luckily all the pieces were there, one arrived missing the bench seat and legs pack (1 of 2). Delivery driver said he would be back the next day with the missing pack. No delivery. Contacted Garden Street to say the bench and legs pack was missing and they said they would send one out. Nothing has arrived, three weeks later and another two emails have been ignored. Still waiting ...”

“After ordering from Garden Street and paying in full I was given a delivery date which was initially acceptable. However I then received an email saying that my item was delayed. I sent 5 or 6 emails and called but found that I didn't get a response or was not given the information I asked for. the item did eventually arrive many weeks after the original date. I did not receive any apology or explanation. Not massively impressed by the service to be honest”
