The furniture arrived on time in large boxes which the driver refused to take round to the back of the house. I was in hospital at the time so my wife had to unpack the boxes and carry the settees, chairs and table around to the back of the house on her own. Apart from that bad experience, we love the dining set and have used it many times when the weather has alowed.
