“Very helpful on the phone and went to some trouble to sort out the difficulty I was having (on my side, not theirs) with getting a payment through with my order. Also, the item was cheaper than on many other websites and I shopped relatively local.”

“Only one of two packages arrived with the second to follow the next day. It didn't (the courier apparently delivered to the wrong place and it was never seen again!). No problem as another was sent out very promptly. Thank you. We have checked everything is ok, but have not yet been able to assemble it as my partner is not at all well. Hopefully this will improve, otherwise a kind neighbour has offered to help. Many thanks to your excellent staff and happy new year.”

“Great customer service and delivery. Driver phoned and very helpful in putting it inside the gates not left at roadside. Was pretty easy to follow instructions but wood for the window and door frames is very fragile and needed silicon to hold as nails too heavy for material. Looks very good one erected and ideal for the garden corner.”

“It was a good job I checked with you as clearly you have no idea where your orders are. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and so it would have been useful to know you were not going to deliver it. Strange how it’s now “out of stock”. Was it ever in stock or did you just take my money? You need to investigate your processes and make some changes to customer service immediately.”

“Good metalwork sturdy goes together better with different screws then provided as the screw heads snap off easily as that’s the weakest point in them, I bought stainless self tapping screws only after doing the first few panels! Only managed 1 shed out of 4 so far due to the weather, they are well packaged & delivered in good condition, had the screws been better I would of given 5 stars ⭐️”

“I was pleased to have found a sun lounger for sale, in the winter, on Garden Street's website. The only reason I have given 4 stars out of 5 is due to the lack of delivery details or tracking information received once the order was dispatched. I read the general delivery information on the website but none of what was supposed to happen did. Luckily I was home when my big parcel was delivered. I realise that this is more to do with the delivery company but maybe it is something that you could discuss with them. I don't mind tracking my own deliveries if I had the information. Other than that I would use Garden Street again and recommend them to friends.”

“Bought a Palram 8x8 shed was able to arrange a delivery date to suit me and everything went smoothly driver carried it from the van straight to my back garden excellent service would recommend them and the shed to everyone”
