“Garden street to deal with good but ordered bin store but damaged on edges on inspection in van and packed badly No protection to edges so unfortunately Had to return it On saying that no problem getting a refund”

“Great product, but they need to improve the delivery process. The companies they use are called different things, so I ordered my shed from garden street but later got a text from Alexandra group (I think it was) then the delivery company was Panther, so at each step of the process things kept changing hands and no-one referenced my shed from Garden Street, so it was all a bit confusing, and when voicemails were left you had no idea what and who it was. Amazing shed, just very convoluted delivery process with all the different services they use.”

“My only issues is I’ve had to wait 3 weeks for delivery yes it’s free but I would have paid for a quicker service but I didn’t see an option for that”

“I purchased some green Protek Royal paint which was delivered reasonable quickly. The colour looked ok on the label but unfortunately the colour of the contents were very different to the label. The paint was a much lighter green and not suitable for my intended use. I raised this issue with Garden Street but I was told that there was nothing they could do as the can had been opened. I told them I was not happy as I expect the label on the tin to be at least close to the colour of the contents. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. My measure of how good a company is how they react when something goes wrong so I'm not impressed and will not be using them again.”

“Thankfully this is a very positive review. I ordered 2 sets of garden furniture as the price was much cheaper than local garden centres. Then I read the other reviews online and started to worry. No concerns at all, goods were delivered within a week and in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is due to the delivery company who wouldn't bring the goods round to the back of the house and left them on front drive. However this won't stop me from ordering from Garden Street again and I would recommend.”

“Was a little disappointed with the quality of the product but being a capable diyer I was able to remedy the two major problems but was glad it came in kit form as I was able to stain it before assembly even though the wood was dipped and also improve on the construction and make it stronger”

“Good quality Palram Greenhouse. Took a while to put up but that was mainly due to my abysmal diy skills. I would recommend. Good value for money.”

“Only 2 stars because the delivery for a metal shed was taking so long we asked for a refund. Have to say that the person who we spoke to was extremely pleasant and arranged a full refund. Not that person's fault! It is the carriers used by the company. Apparently it is all about 'working days'. We ordered from another company and received in 2 days.”

“The panels making up the kennel were warped and due to the soft wood used there are fairly large gaps. On some of the hinges the screws used had smaller heads than the diameter of the hole in the hinge and so required some manipulation to ensure a secure attachment. The floor panels supplied were not all the same size and so required trimming before they could be placed in the kennel. Overall I'm not impressed with the quality of this item considering its cost, while the product itself is great buyers should be aware of the assembly challenges.”
