“The product was delivered within a reasonable time but had some minor damage and it was not as advertised. I raised this with the company who immediately acknowledged my email and responded very quickly. They were unable to replace as no more in stock so offered for the item to be returned however I wanted to keep it so we agreed some compensation which was duly paid to the account used for payment. Unfortunate experience on using this company for the first time however I am happy with how they have handled my issue.”

“The delivery driver was very rude. Just dumped the shed and when asked if he could help get it around the back just laughed and said “you can do it” Don’t think I’ll be using them again!”

“Very pleased with the wardrobe. Wasn’t contacted by deliverer to confirm date of delivery so I was out. It was taken to a neighbour and it wasn’t easy carrying two very heavy boxes back to my house. Also no card was left at my house to say where it had been delivered to.”

“Pleased with product. My only issue is with the instructions. Very poor. The table wasn’t difficult to put together but had to take apart after putting parts on wrong way round. Clearer instruction would’ve made the process quicker. Apart from that all good.”

“Best price on the net, lost a star for communication, had to chase up on the 14th day to see where it was, arrived two days after. Very pleased with the item though. And the chaop who delivered it spot on.”

“I ordered and paid online for 5 litres of pain on 10 Sept. I complained by email about non delivery on 23 Sept. Garden Street were very apologetic and the paint was delivered the next morning. Brian Shersby, Chichester”
