“I wrote and asked Garden Street if they had the dimensions of a particular wardrobe. Despite it being Christmas time they took a lot of time and trouble to provide the information that I had requested. As a result we went ahead and ordered from them. Price is competitive and delivery straightforward. Thank you.”

“Haven't received the goods yet so unable to comment effectively. Whist still within the delivery period stated, it seems a long time in comparison with other things I have ordered over the internet. It is difficult being asked for a review before the goods have arrived.”

“We bought the Palram Milano Gazebo. Every part was in the box which was refreshing to see. Regular text updates regarding tracking. Very good quality with excellent instructions. We had no problems putting this up in 4 hours. Highly recommend company and product”

“Looks nice now erected.. however some instructions very vague. Also door frame to the sunhouse cut square but i had to cut angles out of each corner to fit in with rest of the frame”

“Customer service responded well to a request for product information (bin store). However, once I'd ordered, the web site was not updated with delivery details and the unit arrived at the last possible moment in the stated delivery window. It's yet to be seen how they respond to my pending complaint regarding the quality of the product, once I have their feedback I will update this review or add another.”
