I did not order swing seat garden furniture. I ordered a flat 3 burner barbeque cover. No return label with my order. Very loathed to pay the cost of returning this package. What do I do now.

Order No. GFC-00032671. Experience awful. I ordered a 4/6 seater table cover and a round parasol cover. You have sent a 4/6 seater table cover (correct) and a small casual dining set cover (incorrect). Please send the item I ordered and ask your delivery driver to collect item sent in error. Placed and paid for at the end of October. Had to contact company two weeks later to ask where my order was. Told me new stock would be arriving before the end of the year, I was prepared to wait for my order. 3 weeks later I received an email to tell me stock won't arrive until end of January. Very poor and immediately requested a refund. Would never recommend this shop to anyone. Very disappointed.

ordered online on 27th October for delivery on 28th. A week later, items still not received. enquiry raised on 4th November which then promised delivery on 5th Novembner. As of writing (on 5th November) delivery still not received and no communication from company. They have had cleared funds since 27th October and no goods have been received. A further update has been requested but likely I will just be requiring a refund in order to take my business elsewhere

Terrible experience, money was taken and no garden cover arrived. Chased up 10 days later and told it was out of stock. Poor communication, would not recommend. Waiting on my money back.

incorrect product sent. Although packaging appears correct the wrong product has been enclosed can you provide information on how I can return as there was no paperwork enclosed with package

Ordered cover for 6 seater rectangular table (ref W1176) which was supposed to be 37'' wide. That is what arrived according to the packet but when I came to fit it - surprise surprise only 24'' wide. In other words it is not what it says on the packaging and no use to me. What is going on? You undoubtedly thought that you had fulfilled my order from packs in stock but this one did not contain what it claimed to contain. How's that for stock control.

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered a table cover on the Saturday, dues for delivery Monday 7th October. Still not arrived a week later, called to ask why. Was told that the item was actually out of stock and that we should have received an email to say it's out of stock and would we either wait until end of November or take a refund. No email received. Had to call the company to find out what was going on. REally awful service after taking our money more than a week ago.

Seeing that we have been sent the totally wrong product I cannot really review the order. I ordered a parasol cover & was sent a 3 seater swing cover! I am awaiting for the problem to be rectified.

If there was an option for zero this company would receive it wrong product received numerous phone calls customer service need more training in how to deal with customers. Every call has been a complete nightmare constantly repeating myself

Ordered and paid for my order, only to be emailed 3 days after, that my item was out of stock. Have replied to the email requesting a refund & have had no reply! Very bad customer service!

After over 2 months of procrastination, the Directors agreed with me that the item was incorrect. Unfortunately, the Directors did not give me a personal apology despite having communicated directly with them. A mission statement only has value if all the employees understand and action it. I only hope the Directors learn from their poor performance.
