Order processed and received in a timely manner. The size appears perfect and the product looks to be of a high quality. Very satisfied.

Still not received cover, apc tried to del Friday, unfortunately due to work commitments could not be at home left note to del. next door but they will not do that. Rebooked del. for Monday and still not arrived! A day waited off work. I have tried to ring local branch 14 times, no answer. I would suggest you find a more reliable currier. Mr K Latham

Delivery driver never delivered. Garden furniture covers won't help.

I am still waiting for the delivery of furniture covers. I have spoke with the company and they said they have been sent. How long do you have to wait for a delivery the order was placed on the 3rd of April 2020. Website says FAST FREE DELIVERY !!

You have sent the wrong product and have failed to respond to my message on your contact us page or answer the phone I'd like to get the product ordered, parasol cover and return the table and chair cover you sent. Very unhappy customer

The wrong item was delivered. I ordered a cover for a dinning set which cost £54 and got a parasol cover. No I can’t get through to anyone to arrange a return and redeliver and my furniture which is expensive can it be covered.

Further to my order which is still to arrive it is deeply disappointing after communicating with Ben who moved heaven to supply me with the covers I am still looking for having ordered plus paid for the said cover one needs to ask where is customer service No not good at all J wilson Mrs

First day we used the cover it was blown off and we had to go out and spend £20 to buy strong clips to keep it on. Also it is really hard to keep the product covering the patio dinning set with the ties - just not strong enough or practical enough. Do not recommend it.

Ordered my item your curriers have made a mess of the delivery I have had texts saying they have tried to deliver when we have been in all day still not received my item

Bought a cover for our outdoor dining area. Cover fitted perfectly and looked good. However, after a stormy night the cover ripped in half! I contacted them about this and after about 5 emails and sending them photos, and a few slightly unfriendly questions, they eventually said that their warranty doesn't cover items for weather damage........... Their weather-proofing covers, aren't covered under the warranty, for weather damage. You couldn't make it up.
