Nothing delivered, no contact from the company, their contact form on the website is not working, so can’t find out what is happening.

orderd garden furniture covers and having to wait 8 weeks for them to be dileverd and not stated on the web site having to wait phone to find out were these items are not helpful at all did'nt reley care stated call if not recieved within 7 days not 8 weeks not happy never use again

Very disappointed in this companies adherence to their terms and conditions. I won't buy any of their products in future. The 3-4 seater heavy duty outdoor seat cover (W1606) with a 5 year warranty label started wearing through after two winters, and before three years old it had five worn & torn areas. The company say the product only had a 1 year warranty - yet the packaging (that I still have) - clearly states a 5 year Guarantee. Why would I have paid £44.99 instead of under £20 for their cheapest equivalent ?

I didn't realise the cover only covered the top part of my table. I have never bought a cover that didn't. Now I need to buy another. So it is going to cost me more than I expected.

Hi Pat, I can confirm our images on the website do show the cover only covering the top of the table, sorry you did not see this before purchasing.

Product ordered, payment taken three weeks later no goods. Chased by enquiry form on line, no answer to that after 7 days.

Quick to respond to my order on 26 April, but after 13 weeks of waiting I still don't know if it is on its way. I know we are in difficult times but in the meantime I have ventured into a local store complete with mask and bought what I need. So a full refund would now be more welcome.

Ordered cover in may, almost end of July and still not delivered. Emailed for update and haven’t received a reply.

Looking at the website, Garden Furniture Covers had the perfect size for my cube rattan set. I ordered it and it arrived with no issue. Since using and finding that the rain comes in, I have asked for a refund as it is not waterproof as stated for Deluxe version. Customer Services tell me I should use raise the cover but with no other specific information with what or how. There is no 'pooling' and I do not have high back chairs that would effect the cover. This is NOT waterproof. Do not buy it for your cube rattan furniture.
