Order went missing so contacted them, said they would look into it . A week later and a second email sent they have not got back to me. This was a replacement cover for one I brought 9 months ago that started splitting. Poor product and customer service.

I have rated this review as very poor as I have not received my cover, I have been waiting over 2 weeks for this to arrive. The customer service has been poor, I have sent a number of emails over the past few weeks but have only received 2 responses neither of which answered my queries. I am sorry for the poor review as I believe the cover I ordered would have been suitable for my needs. Could not recommend.

Still trying to get a faulty table cover replaced on behalf of my parents who have been shielding. Have had contact via email and then communication stops without the query being resolved. I have submitted photos of the faulty product and asked for a replacement. The customer service is appalling. To be asked questions such as “ how do you remove the cover?” and “do you place the cover directly on the table?” I’m sorry but isn’t the idea of a table cover to cover the table!!

Ordered the cube cover a week later still not received the cover. Contacted via phone after 6 times of trying managed to talk to someone who said they thought the cover was out of stock but would check and call back. They didn’t. Got the email today advising would be back in stock in September, I understand we are in difficult circumstances however very poor service

So far I have not received the order I made on the 20th May. Ord No CFC00040483. I spoke to someone last week who assured me it would be here within the next few days. I have tried phoning this week but so far have been quite unsuccessful.

Ordered 30th May, initially delayed according to supplier with Pay Pal . Was then going to be despatched 6th June, still not arrived & now informed it's out of stock and will be 5 week delay. Nobody informed me, badcommunication. Cancelled order.

Three garden furniture covers were ordered on Monday 18th May. No delivery has been made to date (Sat 6th June). I haven’t received any updates about delivery and am worried. A call or email from the company would be much appreciated.

Although the cover looks to be of reasonable quality it is too small for the use intended. I note that you do not operate a free returns policy which had I have noticed before placing order with you I would not have done so. I feel this lets you down and I will not use your company again or recommend it to others

The cover did not fit because our garden furniture is an awkward shape, I ordered a bigger size in hope that I could make it work but unfortunately not. The reason I ordered from this company was because it clearly states on the website no hassle - no quibble return policy, this is false! I wanted to return the one cover and order two different sizes instead so that I could cover the table and chairs separately. I emailed customer services as I was struggling to get the cover back in its case - yes the case that you are supposed to store the cover in when it’s not being used, which is useless and impossible to get back in. I wanted to know if I could return with the cover out of the case, I was told no and I can not return the item!!!! So much for hassle/no quibble return! When I replied to the email to understand why (3x) I got no response from the poor customer services team! As I got no response I am now making this public for everyone to see! Good luck if you decide to ignore this review and order from this company because If you do get any problems your email will get ignored!

Customer service shocking ordered w1396 received op368 contacted customer services they tell me they sent correct cover. Cover on its way back all I wanted was an exchange your team however only interested in saying it was correct. I may be an idiot but two different part numbers and two cost differences am I missing something? Ordered from a competitor now sorry and I won't hold my breath on a chance of winning £100 prize.
