“I don't know if I can sum up my time in Bali in a paragraph, it deserves way more than that, I guess the best option would be to visit yourself!
I have never felt some much love for a place than I did with Bali, the culture, the people, the food, the climate, and it's sheer beauty.
I experienced so much, more than I could of ever wished for, from amazing cultural experiences, to climbing mountains, long bike rides, encouraging my love of yoga, and most of all the way I fell in love with Bali and ultimately myself and others around me.
Gap 360 opened a door for me, and I will forever be greatful for that, I'm already planning on going back. Bali will forever be my heaven on earth. I do have to warn you, once you go to Bali you won't want to leave!

“Gap360 were really helpful from the start, answering any questions I had for them and providing a lot of really useful information while being really nice and friendly on the phone. The trip itself seemed really well organised and any questions I had while out there were quickly answered. Such an amazing trip and life changing experience, would suggest to anyone thinking about going, just do it! I plan to try go back to Tanzania in the next few years and I would happily go with gap360 again :)”
“India was a great tour! Ricki our tour guide was fantastic he made it amazing, he did everything we asked whenever we needed! Ricki is a credit to your company and very lucky to have him working for gap 360”
“I loved every second of the tour very high intensity meant being able to do a lot. I met people that I will never forget from all 4 corners of the world. It is definitely worth the experience.”
“The guides and the people who look after you and show you around all week are fantastic, lovely people who were in the same position as you when they first came over. They are people on their travels who had tours when they first came. They're all really friendly and helpful, they're funny and easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. The experience of the first week is unforgettable, you'll make some of the best friends for life and have some of the best experiences. Its worth it. This trip should be on everyones 'before I die' list!”
“Having just returned from the 4 week Thai Adventure, I'm in a haven of happiness combined with some serious post holiday blues. This trip was absolutely insane! From Bangkok to Chiang Mai to Ko Phangan the fun never stopped. I was fortunate enough to join into a wonderful group of people who I sincerely hope to stay in touch with, some of which could well become lifelong friends. I can only say thank you to the incredible tour guide that is J.J for really making this experience even better than it looks on paper.
Huge thanks to the team! If there's one thing I took away from this trip it would be to always 'embrace the culture.' If you're thinking of backpacking Thailand, don't hesitate: book this trip now!”
“The Thai adventure organised by Gap360 is one I would highly recognise. I made so many memories and life long friends there is nothing I would change about it. The whole month was so stress free and our tour guide Jj made this possible, as well as being a friendly and familiar face. He really got involved with us all, helping us and generally being a positive figure to us all. He was so entertaining and always found us something exciting to do or organise if we all felt like doing something. I feel Jj broadened our Thailand experience even more than what the trip offered, and I saw and did things I didn't think I would.
Thank you Jj and Gap 360!”
“I've just returned from 4 enjoyable weeks in Thailand; from riding elephants in chang mai, scuba diving and partying on Koh phangan i can honestly say it was the best month of my life.
The trip was organised so smoothly and i can only put it down to our tour guide Jj, he was so helpful, friendly and consistently made sure we was getting the most out of our trip.
I would recommend this trip to anyone and if you're cosidering booking it then don't hesitate, just go. I promise you won't regret it.
Thanks Jj & GAP 360!”
“An amazing 4 weeks. We really saw every and the best bits of Thailand. Not a dull moment. I loved my group and of course my guide, JJ.
Such an enriching experience made all the better by incredible company. I cannot recommend taking this trip enough!”
“This was easily the best month of my life, I am so sad it's over. It was such a well organised trip, we got to see so much of Thailand and experienced so many things. The group was perfect and our tour guide Jj made the trip amazing, I will miss him as much as I will the others on the trip. I would definitely recommend gap360 and will travelling again with them soon!”
“I absolutely loved this trip. It was probably the best 4 weeks of my life. The elephant trekking, scuba diving and culture of Thailand were amazing. It was made all that much better by our tour guide JJ who kept everything running so smoothly :)
THANKS GAP360”
“I've just recently got back from 4 weeks in Thailand on the Thai adventure with gap 360, and I wouldn't hesitate to say it was the best 4 weeks of my life. It was my first time alone travelling and by the end of week one, we had our very own family. Our wonderful your guide Jj was the icing on the cake for our trip too; he was the most attentive, caring and funny man that always made sure we were enjoying ourselves and put our safety first. The trip wouldn't have been the same without, he made a huge impact on the whole of the group and we are grateful to him forever. I can't say I have a favourite memory of the trip because I loved every minute of it. The people I now consider as close friends are always going to be my Thai family and I thank them and JJ for amazing memories. I would definitely book another trip with gap 360 and I look forward to continuing to travel!”
“Just got back from the best getaway I've ever had and met an amazing group of people.. Massive thank you to our tour guide JJ in Thailand he took care of all 20 of us and ensured we were all safe and arranged every part of our trip perfectly. Highly recommend Thailand and Gap360 and will be booking with you again soon.”
“I had the most incredible experience in my four weeks in Thailand, I would go as far to say it is the best trip I have ever done. I made some amazing friends for life, including our amazing tour guide Jj who made the whole adventure unforgettable and ensured we were always safe and enjoying ourselves - I can't imagine the trip with a different tour guide, literally the funniest man I've met! My faviroute memory would have to be our group watching the sun rise together, we became a real family and I miss every single one of them. I would book this trip again in a heart beat and wouldn't change a single thing about my time there.”
“I had an absolute blast when I did the 4 week Thailand adventure. It was my first ever time abroad on my own and it was so amazing!! My tour guides were so nice and helpful and my little group became my family. Every day we had so much to do and we saw absolutely everything. Elephant trekking in Chiang Mai was deffinatly the highlight for me, the scenery was spectacular and everything was so well organised. I've just got back now and I'm looking at booking another 3 tours with Gap360 already!! The staff are also so so helpful here and are always up for answering my questions and giving me as much information as possible. Am looking at doing 'Uncover India - Delhi to Goa' , 'Everest Base Camp Adventure Nepal' and then the 'Indonesia Bali Experience' and I'm sure they'll be just as amazing as the Thai adventure.
THANK YOU!!!!”
“Had amazing time out there, well worth it. I just found the planning rubbish. The last week on koh phangan was terrible. The hotel was in the middle of no where and for a "party" island, there wasn't much partying.”
We are pleased to hear that on-the-whole you had an amazing time on the Thai Adventure programme.
Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time on Koh Phangan in week four. We always coincide our Thai Adventure start dates with either a Full Moon or a Black Moon party with the latter being a little less rawkus for those that wish to enjoy the other activities the island has to offer not only the party life.
Although you chose to not go when one of the legendary monthly parties was on there's so many other cool activities you can do like sea kayaking, Thai cooking lessons, kite boarding, zip lining, Thai boxing, trekking, exploring waterfalls, snorkelling and boat trips out to the stunning national parks with its azure water and amazing islands.
Our popular accommodation is not in the heart of the party district but we did indeed choose this due to its relaxing location with infinity pools etc so you can recoup after the hectic parties if that is what you decided to do on Koh Phangan. For the other activities it's great due to it's accessible central position on the island.
Sorry if this highly rated and positively reviewed trip didn't tick all the boxes for you...
“Quick review.
Moving to another country on the other side of the world by yourself, where you don't know anyone, on a Holiday working visa is a big leap and can be absolutely terrifying for some.
I had unbelievably cold feet the week before I left for the Ultimate Oz trip with gap 360. There was some controversy doing a working visa with travel companies as reading traveling forums explain you don't really need them.
Regardless I wouldn't turn down going with gap 360 as they allowed me to take the leap and I know I wouldn't of made the leap without them. The ultimate oz first week tour was fantastic, the tour was great, lots of parties and drinks, and I made some really good friends.
What I would suggest is to have a plan and strategy going however be flexible and allow your plans to change. There were other travelers who went with the flow, worked on a farm and got fantastic jobs. However there where other travelers who had spent all of their money and who had a 9 to 5 job and where just surviving in Sydney.
If it's your first time traveling I would highly recommend volunteering abroad with an organisation. As volunteer organisations pay for your food and accommodation for your help. When you are on a working holiday visa you are just essentially working to pay for your food and accommodation, even though gap360 can help you partially you are on your own to find work.
However that's the point, it gives you flexibility and you have to push yourself to make things work, you are independent.
Overall
Gap360 create a great tour, make new friends, great parties.
However I would of loved an honest explanation how expensive this trip would be.”
“The Thai Adventure with Gap 360 is an amazing introduction to Asian culture and a fantastic experience. From riding elephants to learning to scuba dive this trip is so full of fun activities and great cultural trips that you will never be board. Thailand is beautiful and to have such knowledgeable guides who really go all out to make sure that you are safe and having a good time is really reassuring and adds greatly to your experience. If you're looking for a well structured and varied trip that will show you a huge variety of Thai culture and experiences then this is the trip for you, being my first time out of Europe I was nervous about what to expect but I could not have chosen a better service or trip o book on with. If you're even considering it, book it, you will not regret it I promise.”
“All the staff at Gap 360 have been amazing during the process of booking my trip to New Zealand, I couldn't ask for better service! They are always available to speak to over the phone or by email and really make the process of planning a big trip seem easy! They have given me great advice and gone the extra mile to make sure my trip is perfect. They are very approachable and awesome people to speak to as well! I highly recommend them! Thanks Gap 360!”
