I have four pairs of your shoes/smeakers. They are the most comfortable. I am always the same size. These sneakers were the same size but they hurt my foot so much, it made it go numb just trying it on. They were so much tighter I can not wear them. I want to exchange them, but Ihave to pay postage to send back then rebuy and pay postage again. it is getting too rxpensive. I don't want to do this. I am spending too much money. These shoes ran way too small.

The sandals are excellent, but a terrible delivery firm (DPD). Instructions where to leave this parcel were clear and precise. This was ignored and they were put in our waste bin! Not what you expect from an highly rated shoe company.

Love the fit and great for walking long distances. But the soles wear through at the heal to reveal holes beneath which cannot be mended. This is a very weak aspect of the trainers so I shall not be buying a third pair as I would expect a trainer of this quality and price to last at least three seasons.

The shoes were delivered on time. However there was a sizable tear in one of the straps which rendered the shoes unusable. Following contact with Customer Service by phone the process for claiming a refund was shared which I have followed. A lot disappointed on the product as purchased them for a Birthday present and having to re-wrap and go back to the Post Office has reduced my impression of Gabor brand.

The trainers were nice but too wide and too long surprisingly, so I sent them back. Given the price of Gabor shoes I wasn't impressed with having to pay the return postage fee.

The customer service at Teesside Park is not very good. You always have to wait. Exchange for the same boots in a different width took a while to go through. Then I had been charged more. Very disappointing.

Ordered a pair of ankle boots advertised as a wide fit. Beautifully made and looked smart but too narrow. I'm not sure how they could be described as wide fit! Returned.

We include in the description the UK fitting and the Gabor equivalent as this is a German brand so I apologise for any confusion caused. Whilst your shoes are of excellent quality, they are too narrow, especially from the step to the toes I was a big fan of Gabor shoes, but either my feet have widened or your last have shrunk Sad to have returned the latest pair I ordered online

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different colours but the same size (5.5). However, one pair fitted and the other pair was smaller so had to be returned. I opted to receive a replacement pair in the dark blue but a size larger (6 ) but these were too large and gaped at the side and therfore I had to return these. too. It seems that there must be a quality control issue here which is very disappointing at this price point. The delivery times were good from the supplier - hence my 3 star rating.

Ordered the Marissa boots. A great style but the leather is very thin and I doubting the longevity so unfortunately I will be returning at this price point. The box arrived damaged as it was only packaged in thin plastic so pleas upgrade your packaging materials.

Boots arrived and I’ve always been a 5.5 in Gabor but these were too small so had to return them at my own cost as the nearest store was too far away . However there is a concession store in bradbeers romsey but was told I couldn’t exchange or get a refund there so very disappointed ☹️

These are set up differently to our main branches and they cannot access/refund an online order from there. There is a portal on our website where for a reduced cost of £3.20 you can buy a Tracked label from Royal Mail, we hope that you found this and that the return process was easy for you. You don't have many styles that me and my friends would normally go for, the one I purchased was a standout design. But it wasn't quite right in the end for me. That's why my score for recommending is low. If you asked me would I recommend to my aunt it might have been higher.

Boots large for a size 6. I always buy a 6!from yourselves. I have had to put a thick inner sole in. The actual sole of the boots traps mud and stones. A really poor design.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The Dublin Chelsea boot is a wide fitting, which may be why it differs from previous styles if they have been a standard fit. But I am glad you were able to find a solution so they are more comfortable. This is a fashion boot so can unfortunately collect debris but this can be easily dislodged due to the flexible sole and long tread. We hope you shop with us again. However, if they are not suitable we have a 365 day returns policy so as long as they have not been worn outside, you can return for exchange or refund. The perfect fit boots! I had searched many stores to find a boot to fit a slim calf leg. The fit is perfect and the softest leather too. The only downside was the boots cost me £10 more to buy direct than via concessions which were out of stock.

Used to like Gabor but will not buy online again unless I have tried in shop first. Description doesn't match the item in regard to width and have had to return several times.
