“When I opened the plastic delivery bag, I found the box was completely crushed and badly torn on one end. The right hand boot is badly creased, not sure if this is a manufacturing fault or because of the bad packaging.”

Thank you for your review. On our free standard service, we do let customers know that it can take 2 to 5 workign days to dispatch. If the shoes are no longer available in our warehouse, this allows us time to get more in to fulfil the order. We also have paid services, such as express delivery for £3.99 and next day for £5.99. With regard to returns, we do deliver free of charge and on our website, we have a link where for the lower cost of £3.20 you can produce a tracked label or QR code for Royal Mail, or you may choose any other delivery service that you wish. “Good quality of shoes, soft leather, perfect fit for a wide leg. Finding comfortable heels is always a challenge for me, but Gabor usually provides perfect solution. It would be great to see a wider variety of contemporary designs to have a mixture of fresh look and comfort”

“My last purchase from Gabor was very disappointing - I ordered a beautiful pair of "Chanel style" shoes, they arrived promptly as always, looked beautiful but despite having ordered my usual size 39, I could not get foot into them so sadly had to send them back. The service if always excellent, I have frequently ordered - and kept, Gabor shoes and will continue to do so, but I do wish there were sometimes wider fittings.”

Thank you for your review. This lovely trainer is advertised as a wider fitting, I am sorry to hear that you found it to be small for you. Many customers try a half size larger to increase the area within the shoe if it is not wide enough, the extra length is minimal, but it creates more room for a more comfortable fit. “These shoes were absolutely perfect! I could not find any posh blue shoes in any shops at all so my husband purchased them for me on line. I was obviously anxious about whether they would be comfortable etc but they turned out to be absolutely comfortable and very smart!! I wore them to my son's Wedding Day last weekend and they matched my blue dress perfectly. Thank you so much.”

“Usually excellent quality, occasional models are in less good leather which mottles and scuffs badly but if you choose carefully quality results. Very comfortable shoes/boots which do what they say on the tin.”
