“My lovely black Eternity black sling back shoes are just delightiful. they elongate my leg so nicely and are a perfect fit. I also have a pair in cream suade , so i though I must get a pair in black , The design of the shoe is what really makes this shoe attractive and lightweight ,”

“Bought Dublin suede ankle boots, smart, comfortable, black last year, still going strong, and navy this year. The only problem if a stone gets caught in the 'tractor' soles they creak but easily remedied.”

“Nice shoes. Package left outside in the rain and we didn’t know about it until taking the dogs it next morning. Hole punched through lid of box which is not good for a Xmas present. Repairing it now. It’s not wise to use couriers who don’t care.”

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble with the condition of this order. While the purpose of the box is mainly to protect the shoes, and we cannot guarantee that this will remain in pristine condition once the parcel has left us, I appreciate is it frustrating to receive a damaged box when the shoes were intended as a gift. Please also accept our apologies in regard to the lack of information on the delivery location. The courier should have left a note to advise that the package had been left, so it is disappointing to hear this was not done. “Sadly I ordered too small a size! I also discarded all packaging and as yet have not found the address to which I should send the shoes! This is not a good time of year to be trying to purchase clothes but I'm so fond of my bright green shoes of the similar style I wanted another pair. Perhaps you could send me the right address! “As a woman with size 9 feet that seem to be impossible for most companies in England to cope with, it’s devastating to go shopping for shoes and have shop assistants constantly say no, sorry we don’t go up to your size. I’m so ecstatic to have discovered Gabor. It’s the first time I’ve bought fashionable shoes that actually fit and are comfortable and don’t cost £300! Thank you Gabor for your ease of ordering, your quality, your variety and for just recognising that a large number of women and children now have larger feet and are being directed towards the men’s shoes by lazy shoe brands who don’t have the foresight to enlarge the shoe sizes they offer. I’m excitedly filling my cupboard with new shoes and boots right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Beautiful trainers however on this occasion the size 7 seemed to come up small. I also felt the toe was rather pointed. Dressy trainers with a smart edge. I exchanged them for an alternative style of Gabor trainers”

“Received boots very promptly . Love the bronze colour .Nice fit, I.have slim feet so they were perfect. Very comfortable although I don't think the leather was the usual Gabor standard,I was quite happy as they were reduced but wouldn't have paid the full price for that reason. They were Balm ankle boots.”

“I bought these lovely boots. Perfect for me. I’m 5ft 3, usually wear size 12 clothes and have short muscular calves. I pulled these on with ease. They aren’t knee high about 3-5 cm below and I’ve got short legs. So long legged ladies be advised. Great boots though.”

I can see the shoes you ordered were a Standard width fitting. Some customers do report that Standard fit Gabor shoes do feel narrow and as a result they opt for a Wide fit option instead.
