“Very comfortable tassle loafers, like wearing slippers. Well made and true to size but one tassel was shorter than the other 3 and coming away from its end cap so I had to do a running repair with glue. Only one tassel was wrapped and the other 3 were a bit crinkled up. However, now out of stock in my size so I kept them rather than return what I was sent and not have them at all.”

“My shoe size is 4.5 and not available for most shoes I like....I ordered Gabor Dublin Chelsea boots in size 5 and they looked great but were slightly big. I contacted customer service and was told by a very competent customer service agent what I had to do to get size 4.5. I sent size 5 back after buying a return label from the Gabor website and today after 5 days, the boots arrived in size 4.5😀They fit beautifully and I look forward to wearing them this winter. Great product and 5 starts customer service,”

“Recently I bought a pair of Gabor shoes online but they arrived damaged. This was NOT the fault of Gabor but the courier who told me when he delivered them that they had been crushed and he had to repackage them! I contacted Customer Services at Gabor and the lady who dealt with me was brilliant. A replacement pair came within 24 hours and they were perfect. Thank you Gabor for your excellent products and service.”

“Still waiting on them! I got a message from the delivery company that says there is a problem and when I phoned Gabor customer services I was told - yes that can happen and there is nothing they can do - just leave it a while . Very disappointing”

“I have been wearing Gabor shoes/sandals/short boots, for years, the quality of the product and the fit are great. I need a UK size 4.5, with a slightly wider fitting for some shoes/sandals and have managed to find some sliders/mules (style Oakwood) this summer which actually fit my feet, so extremely pleased. I purchased in Pale Gold which looked and felt great and then found a pair in a type of animal print, with a black leater trim around the base, so got those too. Both pairs look fab!! Please produce this style for summer 2027...”

“Lovely trainers that fit my wide feet perfectly and more importantly feel supportive. I have really struggled to find footwear that work for me and was in the point of giving up. Yes expensive but for me personally worth it if I can walk in comfort . My only criticism is I would like a more padded insole other than that perfect , thank you.”

“I was really struggling with buying stylish sandals that were comfortable. I tried them in John Lewis & loved them so much! Unfortunately they didn’t have my size so I bought them Next. I also took them to Canada & wore them everywhere! My sisters also loved them so bought 2 pairs for them! Next don’t have my sisters sizes so bought them from Gabor website. Delivery was great! A must buy for all!!”

“I ordered what I thought was a navy pair of shoes. But when they arrived the only part of the shoes was the side of the shoes The front was black patiant as was the rest of the shoes I have been looking for a navy pair of flat shoes for a least 2 years which was not swede”

“The shoes I purchased online were beautifully made and I loved them. Unfortunately the size 5 fit was too snug. There was no point in ordering the next size up as I had to pay for the return postage and I was afraid that they wouldn’t suit either.”
