“Very good online service. Unfortunately I have to return shoes I ordered because they are too big. Very impressed with Custom service, they could not have been more helpful, even phoned Germany to see if they could supply a half size smaller. They were unable to, but helpful assistant phoned me back the same day.”

“I love Gabor shoes and the way they are made. I wish there were more with removable insoles as I have to wear orthotics and there aren't many nice shoes that take orthotics. Also I need not more than a one inch heel. It is hard to get that combination of things. Just because I am older I don't want frumpy!”

“I have had gabor shoes before and I love them. They do half sizes too. They are very comfortable and are of good quality. Also do a wide fit in some which is an added bonus.”

“Goods came damaged. Leather scraped off the toe of the left boot. Surely this would’ve been noticed in quality control. Disappointed with the response from the supplier when I said I needed them for the weekend. They offered a free return as if they were offering me shares in their company. Shame on you for your appalling customer service and obvious lack of checking products before they are sent to customers.”

“Beautiful pair of soft wedge heel Boots, the material is so comfortable and light on my feet. The tread on the sole when walking, is sturdy light and bouncy. Looks elegant with leather, casual jeans, or leggings. Great for walking in, no pain, no rubbing or discomfort.”
