“Having size 9 wide feet makes shoe shopping tricky and definitely not something I look forward to. Brexit makes ordering shoes unnecessarily complicated too. I was so happy when I realised I can order Gabor boots/shoes and have them delivered from the UK. I am on my 4th pair, and they always fit and are great quality.”

“Bought my boots on line so can’t comment on the shopping experience. The boots are as usual very comfortable and well made. Got a size half down from my usual size. Very pleased with them”

“After already paying £8 for delivery I was then charged £11 to return the item by the post office. Absolutely crazy, would never order from Gabor again.”

Thank you for your review. Delivery to our customers is free, I have checked your order and there was no delivery charge. With regard to returns, we do ask customers to cover the cost of sending orders back, however you can as stated on our website take back to any Charles Clinkard store where they will arrange a refund for you, or use the link on our website, where for £4.49 you can return up to 10 kilos with CollectPlus on a tracked service. Wtih regard to the post office, the £11 will be for a next day service, which you do not need to use. You can send back using second class which will take up to 48 hours to arrive, and then add for aproxximately 80p more some tracking. This may help for future reference. “Was lovely boots but although it said wide fit they weren’t so had to send them back wish they did better sizing as cost me every time I ordered them so wasted about £20 sending them back every time so a better description would be better”

“All 40 pairs of my shoes are Gabor speaks for itself. Sometimes I cannot buy a pair of shoes in my size which is 3 - 3 1/2 otherwise they fit perfectly & are very comfortable to wear.”
