“I tried a size five on at Peter Jones but they were a little tight yet I loved them so bought them. When I got home I looked online and saw that there was a half-size bigger in this style so I ordered them and returned the size five to PJ. I love them and the delivery was quick. I wore them for the first time on Saturday and they were everything and more - very stylish, comfortable and easy to walk in.”

“I’ve got two of the Californian shoes and they are so beautifully comfortable. I bought my mother a pair last year, and this was her order for a second pair in a different colour. We are real fans!”

“I was disapointed the boots did not arrive in a proper gabor box ( I store them in these)- indeed they were just rattling around in the shipping box without any of the normal inflatable supports inside the boots or wrapping around them. At £180 I expect more care to be taken of the boots from your end. Not sure I would use Gabor again as if this is how they are shipped, what care is given to them in production?”

Hello Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear how your boots had been packaged. We strongly recommend not storing your boots in boxes, as this can damage them in the long run. We do transfer the boots to our own boxes if the original has been too damaged in transit to send out, this should always come with adequate protection for the boots and should include necessary packaging to make your shoes/boots look as perfect, as we expect them to look when sending them out. The purpose of the box is to protect the boots, so I’m glad to hear the boots are not damaged. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Michael

“Have bought many, many pairs of Gabor shoes. My latest, ankle boots, were described as 'wide fit,' they are the slimmest I've ever had! Also, the leather is hard and inflexible making them a lot less comfortable, don't think the quality is anywhere near as good.”

“I bought 2 pairs of Gabor shoes, tried both, and instantly put the first pair on again. I have worn that pair constantly for a week now and feel totally comfortable. The other pair I shall wear a great deal too. This is resolving a difficult foot problem and it is such a relief. Thank you, Gabor!”

“Searched high and low for some courts that aren't too high or a bit frumpy. I love these....suede, a bit higher up the foot and a nice heel. Hoping they'll give a touch - the next size would have been too big. The suede on one of the toes not quite as nice as the rest, hence the 4 stars.”
