“Brought a lively pair of sandals which then broke at the strap on my first day wearing them (within half an hr of putting them on). Still waiting on a refund despite having sent shoes back the same day. Pictures of broken strap were sent but told they would have to "inspect" the shoe before a refund was issued. Incredibly poor service. Would expect far better for the price.”

Thank you for your feedback, I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you faced with the sandals. We received the sandals back and processed the return on 12th July and also refunded on the 12th July when fault was agreed. Unfortunately at this time of year when returns come in, it can take up to 3 days to process returns as during the sales, the volume of returns is larger than usual. “Love my Gabor sandals. Ordered online for a wedding and was a bit concerned as to whether they’d arrive on time. I emailed Customer Services and they responded - the sandals arrived the following day - thank you. They are perfect - really comfy to wear all day and eve - I think I’ll be wearing them a lot over Summer. ❤️”

“The sandals were very nice but sadly I had to return as there was a fault with the strap under foot that you could feel causing discomfort. Gabor was excellent, they sent me a returns label and my refund came through very quickly. I wound not hesitate ordering from them again.”
