“Responded to review and was asked to return the shoe however the email Gabor communicates with is a non reply one so can’t initiate the return”

“The shoes I ordered are beautiful. I ordered extra wide but unfortunately they are not wide enough for my wide feet so will return them. The shoes are clearly good quality but sadly not a good fit for me.”

“Helpful staff who actually went to warehouse and measured length of shoe for me as not sure about a 7 or 7.5. Hence got size 7 and it’s absolutely perfect for my awkward feet. So soft and comfortable to wear straight from box.”

“The first time ever that I've ordered several pairs of shoes online and they have all been brilliantly comfortable as well as exactly the look I wanted. I have wide feet and find it very difficult to find shoes that fit well and still look smart, stylish and glamourous. I bought two pairs of shoes for work and a pair of sandals and they are all wonderful.”

“Shoes are great quality and have just bought a lovely pair of shoes for my son's wedding. Delivery is free and there is a subsided cost for returning via Royal Mail which is good. My issue is that my parcel was delivered to my old address. I assumed that I hadn't updated my address until I logged in to change it and my current address was showing as my default address. Fortunately after a bit of hassle I did get my parcel.”

“I loved the look of these on the website and love them even more now they are here. Super comfy sole just like the style I have worn for years and with the hook and loop adjustments I can get a snug fit too. These look like they are made to last and I am looking forward to wearing them for many years.”
