“Your shoes are lovely. My pumps arrived promptly and are an excellent fit. I'm just sad that size 35s run out so quickly. I was very upset to find Nieve women's wedge heel sandal in silk suede in my size have all been sold. My navy ones are so comfortable. Is there a chance you will be offering them again in the near future?”

“I'm pleased with the shoes, but the straps were too loose and it was extremely difficult to move the buckle yoa tighter hole. Perhaps the design of the buckle could be looked at for future designs.”

“Great quality shoes at a fair price. Personally, I'd go up one size from your usual as I feel they're one fit smaller. After sales service was excellent. No-fuss, swift returns/exchanges. I'll definitely shop here again. 5* service.”

“I prefer to try before I buy usually, I order the wrong size but returns and replacement service so has been ok. I have been kept up to date with my purchase and awaiting arrival of replacement sandals”

“Finally decided I needed to replace my Heather suede trainers that I bought years ago (2020?) and seem to have worn continuously since then. So comfy and adaptable for work/ smart events and dog walking. Delighted to find they still made them though we’re out of stock so I signed up to be notified when they were back in. That worked well - the trainers arrived very quickly - I returned one pair as I couldn’t remember what size I’d gone for last time. I was very happy with the returns process and the way I was kept updated on delivery, return and refund. Looking forward to many years from my new pair :) *only one suggestion for improvement is to update the list of shops accepting returns on the Gabor website as I nearly took them back in person but luckily phoned the shop to check and they said they were no longer part of Gabor so would not accept returns.”
