“you should have something on your site that lets people know how expensive it is to return shoes. I want to return a couple of pairs of boots and the postage is about $50 for each pair. That's 50% of the cost of the boots.”

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. While we do aim to make our return policy clear, I understand it is frustrating to be met with an unexpected return cost. Customers are advised that they will need to cover the cost of the return process. However, we are unable to confirm an exact price for the return of International orders as this can depend on where they are being shipped from, and the courier that is used. “I’ve never had a pair of suede boots - let along with the slouch look. Absolutely love them, they’re very comfortable and look great. The mohair colour is ideal as it goes with any shade of trousers, skirts and dresses. Really pleased with them - and especially as I often find buying for size 8 difficult as one foot is a little bigger than an 8, but Gabor has always been a good fit for me.”

“Concerning my order #93576409 which took place on October 22nd, I have received a refund.The problem is, I never received the order, and never asked for a refund. So the question is, is it possible to receive what I have ordered? And how is it possible to return an order without my interference? I really would like to receive the boots I ordered and would very much appreciate if you could inform how to proceed. My opinion on Gabor shoes depends on the possiblity of receiveing my order Thank you.”

“Comfy boots. Firm sole. Larger in the calf so they fit well, with the option to open the calf wider with a rear zip - which should mean I can wear with jeans too. Very pleased with them.”

“Gabor shoes and boots are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The styles are on trend and even though I have really wide feet, they somehow manage to make my “plates of meat” look slimmer and more elegant! I think I currently have 6 different designs of Gabor boots and trainers, not counting some older pairs I still own that had slightly higher heels.”

“These shoes are fantastic! I’ve recently developed a problem with a flat foot and I need to have shoes which have a stable base and space around the toes. These do just that and are stylish / smart as well (as I can’t always wear trainers). Would definitely recommend for people who like comfortable shoes.”
