“I prefer to try before I buy usually, I order the wrong size but returns and replacement service so has been ok. I have been kept up to date with my purchase and awaiting arrival of replacement sandals”

“Finally decided I needed to replace my Heather suede trainers that I bought years ago (2020?) and seem to have worn continuously since then. So comfy and adaptable for work/ smart events and dog walking. Delighted to find they still made them though we’re out of stock so I signed up to be notified when they were back in. That worked well - the trainers arrived very quickly - I returned one pair as I couldn’t remember what size I’d gone for last time. I was very happy with the returns process and the way I was kept updated on delivery, return and refund. Looking forward to many years from my new pair :) *only one suggestion for improvement is to update the list of shops accepting returns on the Gabor website as I nearly took them back in person but luckily phoned the shop to check and they said they were no longer part of Gabor so would not accept returns.”

“Very fast delivery of my new trainers. They’re really lovely and look beautiful with a dress. I’m usually a standard size 7 UK but they’re quite snug (they’ve given a little though and are now very comfortable), so you may want to consider going up half a size. I’m very pleased with my purchase.”

“After having a major foot operation and excessive swelling, I have struggled to get any shoes to fit, I bought the Gabor cross over sandals called Rich, I went up one size and got a G fit and the leather is so soft it dosen't dig in to my scars and are like wearing a glove! I bought in 2 different colours, I then went onto buy the Orporto sandals in Brown and the are also very comfortable with adjusting velcro so I can let them out on bad days! fab expensive but worth every penny to me!”

“I would really like a 4.5 English size! I have usually sized down to a 4, but have recently found them a tad small now I am old ! My recent purchase was a 5 and a bit big and wide.”

“I had first tried to purchase the shoes in your Newbury shop where the member of staff could not gave been more helpfuil, However, the shop did not hold my shoe size in stock. Instead, the staff member gave me all the information that I would need to buy online from you., which I did. Additionally the lady sugested that if the shoes were too tight when delivered, then I might try removing the insole to get a better fit. This I duly did and very hap;py with the fit as a result. Excellent service.”
