“I love my new green suede shoes and have received many compliments. They are very comfortable as have a cushioned inner and flexible sole. Wore them first time to a wedding with no problems of not having worn them in first. They make me feel very,but not too, trendy at the age of 65”

“I like Gabor shoes but these didn’t fit even though that was my size. I won’t be ordering again because they are so expensive to return £10. This is the second time that’s happened”

The price you paid to return your item does seem expensive, I do apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. You should have received an invoice inside your parcel explaining how to return through our online portal for £3.30. “Your shoes are a delight your service brilliant. However your delivery company DPD was ,to say the least , inadequate. Informed by them that they had left it in my nominated safe shed place (even though I was at home) there was no way to check where they’d left it . It was only through the efficient helpful and friendly sleuth work carried out by your Hannah W that I managed to locate my delivery in an open garage not far away from me but not my garage!”
