“Easy to order, fast delivery and the courier company kept me in touch and it was easy to change to click and collect. The boots were a birthday present for my daughter so I opted to get them gift wrapped - well worth it, beautifully wrapped and they came in very study box which my daughter has kept for under-bed storage! She is delighted with the boots which are comfortable and look great. Highly recommended.”

“Second time I’ve bought these boots. So comfy. Also have a pair of trainers and another pair of boots. Much comfier than anything else I’ve worn especially with being on my feet almost all day!”

“It’s very difficult to find shoes that are both smart in design for someone of my age and actually fit properly. It took me a while to realise that Gabor have almost 4 different calf sizes available in these boots (XS, S, M and L). Once I measured my calf (10cm down from tibial tuberosity) I choose my size and ordered. Got a discount code off BlueLightCard as well. The boots are beautiful and for a size 9, they fit absolutely perfectly. Definitely recommend!”

“I already had these shoes in Black Patent & I love them so much I purchased the navy blue ones as my work uniform has changed so I thought I’d see if they came in navy and I wasn’t disappointed, they look great , they are so comfortable & I’ve had lots of compliments.”

“Easy to use website with good communication following order being placed. Only one disappointment and it’s a big one, boots arrived with a sticker stating additional £20 off lowest marked price. That offer hadn’t been applied. Perhaps only available in store? Annoying none the less.”

“The shoes are just what I was looking for, very much like an old pair I have (different brand). They only had them wide fit (G) in my size 5 and I was worried they might be too wide, in fact they felt tight on my toes so as I have been looking for some like this for 2 years have persevered and tried to stretch the leather. Wore them for first time yesterday walking round a shopping mall and they feel ok !”

“The shoes I ordered looked exactly as I had hoped. However, due to my "horrible wide feet and huge bunions", although wide fitting, they weren't wide enough and had to be returned. The return process to Charles Clinkard was amazing. Notification of receipt of returned items the following day and refund into my account the following day. Really regret having to return the shoes, but whole process was effortless. Thankyou.”
