“To be honest, I like the design of the shoes and stuff, but the shoes box arrived looking like it's been returned and old. Also, there was stains inside the shoe like sticky one..I was not happy about this but other than that, it's fine i guess”

“Faulty. Had to return. Can’t get a replacement till you get them back. Which means I am going to waiting a long time for my shoes. A shame as always buy Gabor. First time done online. First time a fault. Until now would have been 10/10 but when you pay over £100 for shoes you not expect quality control to have missed the fault”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. If the item is unworn, you could note the tracking number from the label that we have sent and let us know once posted back, we can at this point send out to you a replacement rather than you having to wait until the item comes back. However if the item is worn, we do wait until they come back so that we can see if the item was damaged, or if it is a manufacturing fault.
