“Received a pair of white Gabor sandals that had clearly been worn multiple times? I have returned said item and tried to re-order but in the time it has taken to sort this out you are now out of stock and not re-ordering any more 'summer' stock (sandals). Very disappointing.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you have recieved an item that appeared to have been worn. We do have some items on display and they may have been tried on, or a customer may have bought 2 sizes for fit and returned one. However all items should be quality checked to ensure that they are not damaged, nor look worn and we apologise sincerely that on this occasion we have let you down. “The boots looked great but unfortunately nearly impossible to get on as zip to short. Once on fitted comfortably but too much of a struggle for a design fault.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the wider boots are not suitable for you. You can return your oder to any Charles Clinkard store if you have one close to you or return by post or courier. We deliver free of charge but do ask customers to cover the cost of returns. There is a link on our website where for £4.49 you can return up to 10 kilo allowing you to return several pair in one package. I hope that this helps for future reference. “Easy to order, fast delivery and the courier company kept me in touch and it was easy to change to click and collect. The boots were a birthday present for my daughter so I opted to get them gift wrapped - well worth it, beautifully wrapped and they came in very study box which my daughter has kept for under-bed storage! She is delighted with the boots which are comfortable and look great. Highly recommended.”

“Second time I’ve bought these boots. So comfy. Also have a pair of trainers and another pair of boots. Much comfier than anything else I’ve worn especially with being on my feet almost all day!”

“It’s very difficult to find shoes that are both smart in design for someone of my age and actually fit properly. It took me a while to realise that Gabor have almost 4 different calf sizes available in these boots (XS, S, M and L). Once I measured my calf (10cm down from tibial tuberosity) I choose my size and ordered. Got a discount code off BlueLightCard as well. The boots are beautiful and for a size 9, they fit absolutely perfectly. Definitely recommend!”
